Great continued support! :)

Pros

Great project Management Software. It is easy to use and really easy to navigate when setting up Contracts.

Cons

Initial training/kickoff was fast. We felt that we were rushed on original implementation. All workers were so helpful. I wish training was a little slower.

Super user friendly software, amazing support/training staff! Great Construction Accounting System!

Cons

The set-up takes some time, however you only need to do it once! FX rates could be automatically updated through an internet link instead of manual updates to FX rates on a monthly basis.

Cons

The product lacks plugins for Mac/Apple users. It would be helpful to have plugins for Mac/Apple users.

Pros

Hasn't been hard to learn and, our account manager, has been most helpful! The training process is awesome and they are willing to work around your schedule.

Cons

Some processes require extra steps that take time and that can get annoying. Over all not many negative things to say.

I like the new redefined Windows Easy to follow drop down menu The support has been great as we learn the new system.

Cons

Nothing to dislike, when we have run across issues or questions...the vendor jumps right in to provide answer and in cases provides modifications to the software to adjust to our needs

very hard software to use and adjust to . Everything is manual and there are many glitches. Customer service has been helpful but often hard to get a hold of.

Every person I have had contact with has been warm and friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The Jonas team has made us feel like part of the "Family" from the beginning. Our questions and concerns were answered promptly taking away any doubts that this is the best choice for our company.

Cons

The setup process is more extensive than originally thought. However, the team was willing to step in and help to complete the process.

Pros

It's simple and easy to learn. Also, the customer service is excellent.

Cons

What I like least would be that it doesn't show some things I want to see. For example, I would like to see when I posted already, so I wouldn't have to post an amount twice. I have to go to another window and search it up. If I did receive an amount of money twice, I have to reverse it. It should warn me that the amount was already posted.

Pros

Jonas Premier is built on a strong accounting foundation. We feel confident in its ability to be the full cycle accounting tool we need daily to run our business. The project management integration creates efficiencies for both our project managers and controller. The integration between the two systems also gives our ownership the visibility we desire on a project by project basis.

Cons

The training webinars are not personalized to our business. The training sessions are group webinars, with 1 on 1 follow up sessions. The training would certainly be expedited with 1 on 1 training for each client.

Pros

Jonas Premier's customer service and support are outstanding! The team constantly listens to their clients. They value the user's input and make improvements to the software based on that feedback. The software is a very good value!

Cons

The reporting capabilities have some limitations; however, Jonas has addressed this and recently introduced a new method/module for more comprehensive and flexible reports.

Pros

It is quite simple to use, and the software support is very helpful

Cons

The reports for accounting are not extensive or the data easy to format into what you want to see. For a small company, that takes extra time ,which we do not have. If more reports were available (e.g., amortization schedules), that would be helpful. The transaction date as opposed to the invoice date can be confusing for new users.

Do your homework. Everyone we know uses Sage. We dug deeper, found several comparable products, participated in demos, and discovered that Jonas was far and away the best in class. If you want a software product that is affordable, easy to adopt, mobile and cloud based, all provided by a company that is truly passionate about the work you do and is so receptive to your feedback that they will literally rewrite the program at no cost - then Jonas Premier is for you.

Jonas Premier is an intuitive solution for contractor's needing 24/7 access to accounting / job costing information. The implementation was efficient and their support team is very responsive. Jonas is working to develop a payroll module which will result in additional value. We have requested additional, system generated reporting and Jonas has responded. Overall, we find Premier to provide a great balance between ease-of-use and the rigidity required of a robust accounting solution.

Pros

What I like best about Jonas is the customer service. They are willing to listen to suggestions and implement changes when possible to make the software easier to use. They are very prompt in getting your questions answered.

Cons

What I like least would be the instances when I scroll over a particular document, such as an invoice and inadvertently change a code or a job number.

We've been with Jonas Premier for four years now. During that time my experience has been very positive. When there are bugs, issues, or questions that arise, the support team is very responsive and helpful. The leadership team is very connected with the needs of their customers; they care about what their clients want and need and their development team delivers. The software has grown and matured nicely. The most recent version is a significant enhancement that has been in the works for a while now, but it was well worth the wait. I like the software....I love the company. Premier has been a valuable partner to us.

Pros

The newly released Premier is very responsive; crisp and quick, with drill down capability throughout. We have yet to fully use the capabilities of the software.

Cons

Although all of the data is accessible via Odata and can be formatted and reported in unlimited ways, I'd like a few additional canned reports.

Needs more training - both in-house or at Jonas Head Quarter by invitation

Pros

System is continuously been improved on each update and become more user friendly. Excel feature and transferring data from excel to Jonas is one of the best feature available and it reduces much of our work. Customer service is excellent

Cons

Training - Would like to have more online training options available to keep update with Jonas Premier.

Customer service is excellent, and the product support team is willing to review any issues that a customer has. The product is continually being enhanced.

Cons

I would like to be able to save report selection criteria. When exporting reports to Excel, the reports have merged fields, making it difficult to do a customized sort.

Pros

It's easy to use. The support team is quick, friendly, and always helpful. Their customer service is excellent!

Cons

As with any software, there are clinches and slowdowns, but the Jonas team always assists you when they can and notifies you of all temporary maintenance shutdowns well in advance.

Pros

Premier allows us to job cost with as much or as little detail based on each project's requirements. There is no duplication of effort when it comes to data entry. The data that our accounting staff enters becomes meaningful information when reviewed in form of financial reports.

Cons

In comparison to basic accounting programs, in general there are extra steps to accomplish some tasks. However, this is most likely a result of integrating detailed job costing with accounting.

Cons

The "How To" instructions could be more detailed. While the implementation team goes through the software in great detail, once you are live, there is a learning curve and more detailed user guides could help eliminate some support calls.
