Pros I enjoyed that Jonas Premier was accessible via the internet so one could log in anywhere. The platform base was also very easy to navigate around Cons I thought the training for this new product was missing many components which caused much more work when trying to solve issues or research items. Cons Customer Service is very slow to respond to requests. Monthly, if not weekly server issues that cause our staff an inability to do their job for hours at a time. Closed Financial reports will change on Jonas side without knowledge to their team for why. When confronted with these issues the Jonas team is not responsive or understanding. The ability to manage all project management and accounting through a single source should really help streamline our operations and communications between office and field activities. Setting warnings and workflow approval processes are paramount to us having success and becoming more efficient in our production and expediting payments. All of this can be done in this software. Cons Haven't found anything I "Don't Like" yet... What I can say though, is that anytime I have an issue finding anything or working with the system, or even "I think this would be better if"... the Jonas team always helps us out, listens to our suggestions, and then they really look into making changes or improvements, like "Scrolling" through all the data! Pros it's capabilities and reports and the fact that we can customize many fields to what we we need. Also the fact the time sheet entry can be entered by each individual and the approval processes has simplified things for us. Cons Training modules are good but we much prefer to have our rep on site, better leaning experience. Being on the go, I don't need to be tied to the office. It's simple, intuitive and provides the value we need. Though we are only a small construction firm, we will be able to grow without outgrowing the scale of the software. The software has come along way since launch, and the direction it is on is comforting. Hope some time in the future, an equipment/fleet module will come to be, to top it off. A really great product for mid-sized construction companies Pros The software is intuitive and easy to use. Set-up was pretty simple considering the amount of data we had to bring over. Pros We are in the implementation process currently. The training webinars guide you through step by step. They break the topics down to manageable "bite size" sessions. I am very grateful that we don't get overloaded with information each session. The other extremely helpful thing is the test company that we can do homework assignments in. This allows us to have hands on experience prior to our go live date. I like to save my questions for the one on one sessions with our team. For me it is easier to receive an answer over the phone rather than by email. Cons At this point, I don't have any cons with the system. Pros I am still in process of implementing the software to fit my Company, I will have to give my feedback on this in few months after fully implemented, and my Project Management Team is fully involve with all functionality. I have different job duties than I had on the previous software I used. I had to learn different areas of accounting and job costing that I didn't use before. It was pretty easy to learn on Premier with the Webex sessions and the staff. Pros This product is very user friendly. it is easy to navigate and I like that all the reports can go directly to Excel. Cons Probably the thing I like the least is that I can from a system that automatically coded your invoices to material or subcontract. On Premier you have to type this cost code in for each invoice. " March 6, 2014 5.0 Pros Jonas Software has gotten everyone in our company on one page. Retrieving information is just a click away. I no longer have ask my coworker for her reports on jobs. I can just log in and run them myself. Since using Jonas, we have started running our office much more efficiently. The staff at Jonas is very knowledgeable and patient. During my training period with Jonas, I never felt rushed. They walked me through learning their system and gave me step-by-step instructions for reference. When I email the support team with questions, I get an immediate response. Cons Nothing comes to mind.
