It saves me a ton of time and I know I'm always up to date with each different brand I'm working with. Pros The platform has a good tagging function that makes searching for assets very easy. Its so easy to organize our assets and have them quickly available to other members of the team. Cons Figuring out how to limit access to certain members of our organization. I was initially concerned when the company gave me access to the assets, because I was not familiar with Brandfolder. But the initial access process was simple, and I've never had a problem.
