From multiple folder locations and duplicate files all through our shared Google Drive, to one source of all our images... we are very happy with the improvements we've already seen by using Brandfolder.

Pros

Having one source for all images, videos and marketing materials is very refreshing. Tagging takes effort, but the resulting ease of searching is so time-saving. The AI is impressive - especially the text reading from images.

Cons

There are some search and display capabilities that could be improved - but Brandfolder is super responsive and open to our suggestions, which we appreciate.

Reason for choosing Brandfolder

Brandfolder had all the features we wanted, plus more. The integration with SalesForce was also a factor in decision making. The professionalism and quick responses of the team during the decision making process was wonderful and has continued through onboarding.

I love that we are able to easily store and share our files with ease. The software makes it simple to upload and share with all of our distributors. It also keeps everything very organized

Pros

It is easy and functional to use. I upload and edit a lot of pictures during the day. Brandfolder keeps things simple but also very organized.

Cons

There is nothing I do not like about the software.

For me it’s my main resource of knowledge about the company and I can find all the company info in just seconds and then you can read, download or share as easy as work on your own files.

Pros

It’s like a library in your hands, everything you need it’s easy to find and Well organized, Without brand folder the search for info would take a lot of time and maybe you can never find exactly what you looking for in seconds, info share easy.

Cons

Still don’t find nothing that dislikes me, it’s very easy to operate.

We work with many different suppliers in the beer industry and therefore many different graphics libraries. Brandfolder is far and away the best option out there and I wish all of our partners would switch over if they haven't already. We never have any trouble finding graphics assets as the organization is outstanding, the search functions are robust and everything has a viewable thumbnail. If you are reading this and trying to decide, please do us graphic designers a favor and go with Brandfolder.

We use Brandfolder to organize our massive amount of digital assets. We also use it to send out specific assets needed by others in the organization.

Pros

Brandfolder is highly customizable and easy to use. Users can easily tag, sort, and edit assets. The use of labels is massively helpful for organizing images.

Cons

It can be a little bit slow when editing large amounts of items within a single asset. Some way to more efficiently arrange these items would be great. Also, a way to un-merge assets would be a wonderful addition.

Brandfolder is very convenient to be able to access what I need either on my computer or phone and send graphics, logos or info sheets on the fly.

Pros

I use Brandfolder to access all of my company's logos, graphics, info sheets, etc. It's very easy to navigate through the tabs to find what I need. It's also very important that I can download or export in PDF, JPEG, or PNG.

Cons

The only negative thing about Brandfolder is that sometimes switching what kind of file I download takes up to 1 minute, depending on it's size.

Our company began using Brandfolder in Fall 2019 and it's been a great tool for managing our vast collections of photography, videos, print and digital ads, signage, and more. I no longer have to spend hours poring through server volumes in search of inconsistently named and poorly organized assets.

Pros

Fast and easy uploading. Tagging, organizing, and categorizing are all very simple.

Cons

Nothing yet. Brandfolder serves the purpose we use it for and I haven't even had to contact customer service or tech support.

Brandfolder makes it incredibly easy to share branded assets with your team and others. It's an incredibly painless way to create a single source of truth for everything related to brand assets - from logos, to graphics, to photos, to colors and so much more. And you get to see analytics on the back end so I know our broader team is using it. This is the best way to build a more cohesive brand and to truly make everyone on your team a solid brand ambassador.

Cons

I have no complaints - the only things that we've wanted in terms of functionality over time the Brandfolder team has modified right into the next version of the site.

Being able to combine multiple assets libraries and sharing assests is now much easier. I haven't used other asset managing programs, so I can't compare, but this program seems to be solving all of our problems.

Pros

Selecting multiple assets and sharing one link with colleagues make creating briefs 100x easy and better. I also really enjoy the AI tagging when uploading new assets/images. I also like that it finds duplicate images and groups them as one in case you have uploaded the same asset multiple times. I also like that when you want to download an image, it gives you options like PNG, JPEG, etc.

Cons

I don't like that if an image is not tagged correctly it is hard to find. For example, I some times need to specifically need to type the full name of an asset instead of a shorter version: ABC vs BrandNameABC.

Pros

I love that it's easy to organize, update, and teach our partners how to access and use. I also love the ability to track document metrics - helps us know what our most valuable assets are to different partners.

Cons

When I upload a document, it doesn't display the hero image, but instead the whole first page of the document. If I can easily identify a key image for the thumbnail / display, that would be very helpful.
