I recommend giving it a try and seeing how it works for your company. Pros It helps for not just an employees manager to give them a review and performance feedback but also for fellow employees/counterparts to be able to give their feedback and input as well. Gives an employee a wide range/variety of how they are doing from all 'eyes'. Cons This can create a negative vibe in the office due to employees not getting along and some employees feeling scrutinized.
