"Very flexible "

**Overall:** Overall support and application is excellent. Monthly fees are very good.

**Pros:** Flexibility in application and ability to see into repairs and requirements

**Cons:** Found idvi function to be priced to high

"Review"

**Overall:** communication with customers

**Pros:** I like the contact with customers and being able to text them

**Cons:** I would like to be able to control when it texts and what it says. I find too often its too quick to text or if we accidentally hit inspection in progress there is no way to take it back as it's already texted the customer. I would like to see maybe a prompt before it texts people
