Pros Autoflow’s DVI functionality is very streamlined. Its take next to no time get our new technicians acclimated with the system. Our customers love having a digital inspection that they can review at any time after their current work is completed as well. Cons The current state of DVIs does not include the ability for the customer to approve or deny work needed on the vehicle without having to contact the salerep and approve/deny vocally over the phone. We wish there was the ability to do this without having to reconnect with the customer when theyre no longer on site. This would save a lot of time.
