"DaySmart Vet is great"

**Overall:** The patient management capabilities of DaySmart Vet really simplify the workflow for our reception and treatment teams.

**Pros:** DaySmart Vet is incredibly intuitive to use. There is very little training required to master the system because there's no need to memorize special commands. Anytime there are bugs or issues, the support team is responsive and helpful in remedying whatever is impeding our workflow. The updates and improvements are usually spot on, and the support team is always open to hear our feedback.

**Cons:** The only downside I can immediately think of is that the pop-up alerts display in the right upper corner of the screen, instead of the middle of screen where it's more likely to be noticed.

"We recommend Daysmart"

**Overall:** Our experience with Daysmart Vet been great overall. It has made record keeping and scheduling much better than handwriting.

**Pros:** The support team are very prompt to respond and have great communication along the way. The appointment scheduling allows me to customize appointment types and block out accordingly. We are able to send out questionnaires and authorization forms to clients prior to their appointments and I love that we can include a picture in their profile. We can manage their appointments and status.

**Cons:** We are an end of life only clinic. When we send emails after the pet has died, clients do not like to see Fluffy Smith (DECEASED) in bold letters. We wish we could change that aspect. We are helping very emotional families after they lose their beloved companions.
