Overall, DaySmart Vet is my favorite platform I have used to appointment scheduling and client management.

Pros

Appointment scheduling is made much simpler, and their customer support is exemplary. They have always met my needs.

Cons

The only con I have run into is that I cannot unread text messages, but this does not impede my work.

Overall it has been a good experience, support has been helpful and there are constant changes to update the software.

Pros

Ease of access, easy for new employees to learn, a lot of specificity and customization can be done for your clinic.

Cons

Inventory has had a lot of issues, specifically with controlled drugs but it has improved as changes have been made.

Sometimes it feels like they don't have developers that know anything about veterinary medicine and how the business works.

Pros

Easy of use, great customer service, open to suggestion

Cons

Some of the functions don't flow well or don't make sense how they are set up

For the most part the experience has been user friendly.

Pros

Easy of use for day to day and medical record documentation and prescriptions.

Cons

Communications with clients through email or text are not as fluid and have some issues with obtaining remote signatures for estimates if someone is not on the Petcare app. Only seem to have one option to remind clients about appointment which creates conflicts with Surgery and Drop offs scheduled as they list the time currently and we need those special appointment to come in with in certain time frames. This does not allow us to specialized text (to my knowledge) for specific appointments.

A lot of frustrations, not being able to search in the patient record is extremely frustrating on a daily basis.

Pros

Cloud based system which makes it more accessible.

Cons

Issues with certain features. Not being able to customize what the clients can see on the PetCare by DaySmart App. No search function in the patient record. Not being able to convert declined items from an estimate to an invoice. And multiple other things.

As we are learning the platform, it is becoming much more useful and I am excited to get my entire practice running with it. The customer service has been excellent when I needed them.

Pros

I like that the platform can help me track controlled drugs so I do not have to keep physical log books anymore.

Cons

The platform is not always user friendly. I feel like I need to search for how to find things because they aren't in areas that I would expect them to be.

My experience with the software and support has been excellent so far. There is a small learning curve, but compared to other software products I have used, this is very user friendly, and I would recommend it.

Pros

I am a newbie but am finding this software easy to navigate, and the support staff has been incredibly receptive!

Cons

I am not a fan of the graphs on some of the dashboards, but there is probably a way to change this, and it is a personal opinion.

Pros

The online help has been instrumental in helping us work through any difficulties we've had one on one and solving any issues right away

Cons

There are still a few things that we would like to be able to do that aren't available as yet, but they are consistently updating and changing as businesses grow

Super support experience as they solved our issue very quickly allowing us to move seamlessly into revising the appointment and invoice without any inconvenience to the client.

Pros

Once we determined that we could not fix the closed appointment without help, the Support team stepped right up to solve our issues

Cons

I would have liked to been able to fix our issue ourselves in a few clicks without having to call support.

Great experience so far. Really like how helpful and responsive they are when you need assistance. Navigation of the site is very user friendly

Pros

Super easy user interface. If you are having any problems though, they are very helpful. I also love how easy it is to add new clients and patients.

Cons

I do wish it was possible to email more than one email when sending documents and/or emails. An example would be a client may be older and not techy so the son/daughter would like to be copied on the email to assist their parent if needed.

Overall very happy with DaySmart, was able to learn and set up inventory through their help section and YouTube videos. Easy to onboard new trainees and get them up to speed. We are mobile so we do things a little out of the ordinary for scheduling and overall the the software is adaptable.

Pros

Intuitive, easy to learn and use, we can take it anywhere that we have internet

Cons

Little limited on reports and some admin options

This was my first customer service call and it was easy and fast. My initial thought on this company and service continue to impress me.

Pros

I wasn't too familiar with getting my domain verified since I don't know how to change DNS setting on my website. The customer service agent was able to verify everything and gave me the tools I need to get it all set up!

Cons

No, cons. They are fast to respond and professional. It's easy to access their help desk so I have no complaints.

### "Quickbooks Integration"

Pros

They are very responsive to my questions and get to the bottom of any issues. I was stumped by some issues with my quickbooks integration. I sent them all the documents I had and they dug into it, and a day later they figured out the problem and had a simple fix.

Cons

The only thing I have against DaySmart is that there is no option to dump revenue into multiple accounts in quickbooks.

So far my experience has been great. I had a little trouble logging on at first but the team was quick to come to my aid and help me figure it out!

Pros

How easy it is to navigate and intuitive it is! I like how customizable it is as well. Set up for my new business has been easy thanks to their step by step process and recommendations.

Cons

Have not found anything yet! I've been setting it up for my new business and so far it has been really easy to figure out.

Very positive so far! We are a new practice and DaySmart has really helped us to get off on the right foot!

Pros

DaySmart has so far been very easy to use! Their customer service has been fantastic- very responsive and our questions are answered quickly and thoroughly. There is also easy integration with other medical systems (imaging/inventory/ordering).

Cons

The mobile application of DaySmart is still in need of some work- it can be hard to pull up on the phone in the field.

They have an amazing customer support. They are so helpful and always has answers to our never ending questions since we started using it just recently.

As a new user, I'd say a little bit hard to navigate, but I think it will get better after a few weeks.

I love how easy it is to check in appointments and communicate with client. navigation bar makes for smoother transitions

Cons

I have to right click on every link, so I don't lose the previous page when editing profiles. I liked having the navigation tabs on top of my screen instead of the side

the ability to be able to go home and finish up my notes later, ease of communicationg with clients and sharing records

Pros

Transitioning to vetter was surprisingly simple, our employees old and new picked up on it very quickly and I really love the integration with lab work and the ease of sharing records via email, fax directly from the database.

Cons

The constant updating is hard to keep up with, but I realize that this comes in response to the user's feedback, so it's a good thing.

Still new to the platform but find it very user friendly and it was easy to pick up and learn on the fly.

Pros

New to Daysmart vet but love the ease of navigation and have recently used their customer support and it was timely and very helpful!

Cons

There are some pop ups that populate in the upper right hand corner that are sometimes in the way and slow me down. Would like these moved :-)

So far, very pleased when working with the team and needing to resolve an issue.

Pros

The chat option to resolve issues. Available when needed and quick responses. The overall ease of use of the software.

Cons

When there is a software update on a Sunday night. The fact there is no option for a mass email to clients. To inform them of upcoming clinic closures. That is extremely important, especially during holidays.

So far it has been positive. I appreciate being able to talk to a REAL person

Pros

So far I believe we will really like this product for shelter Medicine low cost spay/neuter clinic. We haven't gone "live" yet due to our small staffing and having to make sure everything is correct before we go live

Cons

A few items that I would like to limit/turn off to avoid confusion for public people, ie limiting species to only the ones that the clinic sees, requiring colors, Not having a Pre-services request page for any details that may need to be addressed before someone schedules/requests an appointment

I really like it for the most part. I wish there was more customization possible for the letters (like formatting). It is very complex and functions remarkably well for how complex it is.

Pros

They are so receptive to proposed changes to the software

Cons

I think there are some cosmetic changes that randomly happen that don't necessarily need to happen (e.g., logos)
