Pros Brilliant Directory has just about any feature anyone could want for creating and running a directory site. The support team is also very responsive and thorough when needed. Cons Can be a little difficult to find out how to use some features, this coming from someone who has created several Wordpress directory sites, but mostly because of all those available. God bless them all Pros \- UI is intuitive and easy to navigate - Customizing the website is only limited by the user's imagination and vision! - The community is vast and willing to help with any difficulties one may experience - The customer service is top tier!! I've never seen such dedication and efficiency - As a coding novice, it is a blessing to be able to learn as I create a revenue stream for myself! I'm proud of myself whenever I accomplish the simplest of tasks!! - I could literally go on and on about what I love about BD but let me stop there. If I was to be very nit-picky, I would say that the payment gateway options that can run natively are very limited for the African market. Pros It is very well created and streamlined. All the features are easy to find and to apply. Customer support is one of the best I have ever seen, both via email as well as facebook group and their chat app on the site! Cons There is an initial learning curve but the more you play with it, the easier it gets. Some settings are somewhat deeply hidden, such as advanced settings, which are more than 190. Cons I’m working through getting the setup just like I want it. But, I’ve already found the support team to be amazing and VERY responsive. So, is it really a con? This is a bonus! Pros I really like that everything is included, I don't need anything else other than this tool, and it is giving me all that I need to make things work. Other systems I have seen does not compare to this. Cons So far the only thing would be the ability to sell classes for a member to another member, but that is really specific, I'm not sure if I can do that with the tool yet. I stumbled across Brilliant Directories - problem solved! Very versatile, many options to assist business growth that I had not even thought about! I like that it is an established company not one of the flashy newbies that may not be around for long. Loads of resources to help - there is step by step guidance on pretty much anything you might want, plus regular webinars up to date information. All in all, I am delighted and very excited about the future of my business. I just purchased my 3rd site!
