It is a very complete system; time keeping, HR, benefits, it all lives in the system. Pros iSolved HCM is a very complete web based payroll software. The reporting features are excellent, I can find employee hours and records very easily. Cons There is a lot of training involved in learning the software. I had to put in several hours to learn it; however after you learn the system, it makes payroll very efficient.
