November 19, 2018 5.0 iSolved is an excellent payroll software. It is a very complete system; time keeping, HR, benefits, it all lives in the system. Pros iSolved HCM is a very complete web based payroll software. The reporting features are excellent, I can find employee hours and records very easily. Cons There is a lot of training involved in learning the software. I had to put in several hours to learn it; however after you learn the system, it makes payroll very efficient. Cons As a former client, we cannot get any help on issue we had while we were a client. HR Business Partner Used the software for: 2+ years ### "I use it daily to onboard new associates, track training, schedule reviews, upload documents " June 13, 2018 5.0 Pros It's easy to use once you get the hang of the system including to upload documents, schedule reviews, change salaries, schedule training, etc. It is easy for associates too to track their pay and vacation, change address, withholding, etc Cons I don't like that creating reports can be challenging at times, and the functions sometimes limit what we are looking to create. On one window you could see your paystubs, pay rate, PTO, the list goes on... Cons No problems with the system. There wasn't much the software could do other than display payroll/HR information. Again, terrible company all together. Zero, zilch, nada customer service wise. The owner does not care about you or your employees. We have lost employees, and great ones, b cause of this company. Pros This has been the easiest on-boarding process as a new hire I've ever gone through. Cons Nothing comes to mind! They plan to launch a social function, so I'll look out for that. Used the software for: ### "Upgraded to iSolved Great switch" January 5, 2017 5.0 Our company changed Payroll software to iSolved--love the flexibility for individuals to make changes as needed rather than asking HR to input everything e.g increase extra tax through the year. It is easy to maneuver through the platform and input what is needed. There are features not yet explored by our company and I'm anxious for more to be rolled out to us. Rated Customer Support and Value for Money 4 stars as I haven't had interactions with Customer Support and am unsure what the cost is to our company so unable to judge any higher. Used the software for: ### "Slow System Performance and Customer Service" February 15, 2017 2.0 We have been using this system for almost 3 years. The performance of the system when we process our payroll is horrible. Today, we have not been able to get our payroll processed due to the system crashing and hanging up. Customer service does not seem to be as concerned with our problems as we are. It's hard to even get them to respond to requests for support, without getting nasty.
