Het ontzorgt onze zorgmedewerkers doordat ze met een paar stappen zaken snel kunnen melden aan diverse disciplines. Een tijdbesparing is snel gemaakt na implementatie. Er is veel mogelijk qua inrichting en rapportages. Cons Geen, het product zit goed en logisch in elkaar. Cons Problemen met verlies van reeds betaald maatwerk na een update. Op dat moment wordt weer betaald worden voor hetzelfde maatwerk. Tekstverwerking is lastig.
