Pros: Ease of use and Customer Service...super good on both counts...

Cons: Really haven't found anything yet,,,Customer Care "fixes" what our "issues" are...

Recommendations to other buyers: There are countless features, soooo, talk with the staff at Ramp and let them know what you would like to do...they will point you inb the right direction!!

Pros: We are just finishing up integrating Ramp into our company and can honestly say that we are glad we went with Ramp. The WMS is easy to use and easy to learn. Most importantly, it was able to adapt to all our custom needs. Everyone of the staff have been an extraordinary help and they are all a pleasure to work with. They continuously took the time to understand our needs and help us in every which way possible. It is obvious that RAMP genuinely cares about the customer base they have and looks to build on going relationships.

Cons: Truthfully nothing negative can be said about a company that works as hard as Ramp does to make sure you are a success.

Recommendations to other buyers: Talk with the staff at Ramp, clearly outline your needs, and take advantage of the countless features the system offers.

Pros: Being a 3rd party warehouse we deal with many different customer needs and expectations. From the most simple sometimes even verbal orders for shipments, to very elaborate and customer specific EDI instruction sets. These setups have to be tailored to each customer. Our last WMS provider's favorite answer was "we cant do that." This promted us to switch to Enterprise as they said they would do anything they could to meet our customers needs. They have yet to say no to any of our needs and we are now as a company very tightly linked with our now elated customers. We have also saved over 30k in paper alone because of the features and document handling Entrerprise has. Also the acknowledgement from tech support is always there. So it provides a good feeling that your issue is noted and they are working on it.

Cons: No complaints really. The system came as a 180-degree change from our prior software. We were nervous to say the least, but everyone picked it up pretty easily and we didn't have anyone that said "I want the old system back."

Recommendations to other buyers: Software of this nature has to start as a base system. As I have learned, no matter how inclusive the base product, different customers have different needs/wants. The system needs to be adaptable and changed easily if you want to retain/gain a broad spectrum of customers.

Pros: This product is extremely easy to use and very user-friendly. The WMS system is well laid-out, simple, and self-explanatory, which makes it very easy to train new employees. I have created very easy and complex orchestrations in the EDI Interchange product to move data around and format it as needed. There is not a partner in the world that we are unable to trade documents with because of this application. Very happy!

Cons: Nothing. We are pleased. Our staff has no complaints.

Recommendations to other buyers: Determine your immediate needs (ie. what do you need in a WMS and Interchange Software?). Evaluate the ease of use. Verify the scalability for growth. Question the system's ability to interface with other software (ie. accounting packages, home grown systems, etc). See if the provider can support your implementation and growth. Determine how technical the providing company is (many vendors out there have more sales than technical experience, which is not recommended from my view).

Pros: The software is easy to use and has allowed us to service more customers without adding administrators. Giving customers access to viewing inventory online has been a great selling feature for us. Ramp offers everything we were looking for in a WMS.

Cons: We like everything! No one on my team has any complaints.

Recommendations to other buyers: Ensure you partner with a company that will provide you with the support you need during urgent times.

Ramp has been everything we could hope for.

Pros: Ease of use. Web portal. Billing. Flexibility. Implementation of new clients.

Cons: Bold 3PL doesn't use all of Ramp's capabilities yet. As a start-up in June 2013, Ramp allowed us to get up and running in 45 days.

Recommendations to other buyers: Don't be afraid to communicate with Ramp. Share ideas, improvements, changes, ect.
