The system gives us the accuracy and reliability we need for billing. Furthermore, RAMP provides our warehouse staff with a flexible which can be customized to achieve any solution efficiently. Pros We use ramp to manage 30,000 + shipments per month across 70 different clients. We have 70 integrated solutions so that the data flows seamlessly into and out of the WMS. I have used several other WMS systems over the last 25 years and found Ramp the easiest to learn and navigate. Pros Order and receipt entry are easy to use. Reports can be customized to my requirements. WMS is easy to use. Cons Order and receipt entries seem to be difficult to modify once saved or completed. Happy to answer any questions if needed. Pros User friendly interface cuts down on training time and learning curve. Everything can be exported into Excel with a few clicks. RF screens and program is easily changeable. Customer service is significantly better than our last 2 WMS programs, this is significant. Adjustments are easy and user friendly. Cons Our billing is somewhat unique relative to other 3PLs. We had to build out some changes but the customer service was excellent through this process, which is what really matters in order to implement change. I have been working on a project with a RAMP EDI representative since Oct. He has been wonderful. Everyday something comes up and we work through it. I never have to wait, even through the holiday season he was wonderful to work with. My experiences over the past 6 and half years has been stellar with all questions, issues and new projects. Pros I love the RAMP software. It makes my Inventory Management job so much easier. I can not imagine doing my job without this software. I am able to track the every move a pallet moves from the time it arrives to the time it leaves. I can not tell you how valuable this tool is. The web user function is loved by our customers. They are able to track and watch their own inventory, shipment and receipts. It is the number one selling point of our warehouse. Cons There are many changes that happen to the software, sometimes we don't get the memo that changes have been made. Often I discover wonderful new functions on my own, wishing I would have found them sooner. We work well together and collaborate on enhancement for the software that ultimately brings a better software to us and their other customers. Ramp's web portal keeps our customers informed of the status of order and provides excellent reporting, so the customer know what is going on with their product. Pros I have been using Ramp's WMS and EDI software since 2014, and have been pleased with the software and performance from day one. Cons I do not have any negatives to speak of about the Ramp WMS or EDI software packages. We know that the RAMP team will be there to help figure all of the required transactional issues associated with the onboarding of our new accounts. Their outstanding support allows us to just focus on our customer. Pros RAMP WMS software was obviously created with the vision to support a distribution model that is very easy to use and understand. The point and click fields along with drop down boxes streamlines the process and minimizes error in data entry. The Web Portal has been received with great reviews from our customers and having the ability to Export data into Microsoft Excel is also a huge advantage. Cons Very little negative feedback has been received since we implemented RAMP WMS software. This has helped us become more professional and our customers are happy. Cons Visually, the software is straight forward. It would be nicer to have it appealing to the eye and not so small. Logistics and Supply Chain Used the software for: ### "Ramp Enterprise Software Empowered Our Company" February 26, 2014 5.0 Pros Being a 3rd party warehouse we deal with many different customer needs and expectations. From the most simple sometimes even verbal orders for shipments, to very elaborate and customer specific EDI instruction sets. These setups have to be tailored to each customer. Our last WMS provider's favorite answer was "we cant do that." This promted us to switch to Enterprise as they said they would do anything they could to meet our customers needs. They have yet to say no to any of our needs and we are now as a company very tightly linked with our now elated customers. We have also saved over 30k in paper alone because of the features and document handling Entrerprise has. Also the acknowledgement from tech support is always there. So it provides a good feeling that your issue is noted and they are working on it. Cons No complaints really. The system came as a 180-degree change from our prior software. We were nervous to say the least, but everyone picked it up pretty easily and we didn't have anyone that said "I want the old system back." Review Source CP Charlie P. " November 4, 2014 5.0 Pros We are just finishing up integrating Ramp into our company and can honestly say that we are glad we went with Ramp. The WMS is easy to use and easy to learn. Most importantly, it was able to adapt to all our custom needs. Everyone of the staff have been an extraordinary help and they are all a pleasure to work with. They continuously took the time to understand our needs and help us in every which way possible. It is obvious that RAMP genuinely cares about the customer base they have and looks to build on going relationships. The WMS system is well laid-out, simple, and self-explanatory, which makes it very easy to train new employees. I have created very easy and complex orchestrations in the EDI Interchange product to move data around and format it as needed. There is not a partner in the world that we are unable to trade documents with because of this application. Very happy! Cons Nothing. We are pleased. Our staff has no complaints.
