Atul was excellent - patient and friendly. Always there at the end of an email if I had a question in between our scheduled training sessions.

Pros

Step by step training and onboarding to platform is well designed. By the time we went live we were confident on how we would use the platform on a daily basis.

Cons

Released does everything for our needs. I’m sure there’ll be things that come up, but I don’t have any suggestions at this time.

Horrible.

Pros

I manage 17 LLC’s. So being able to login to one platform and enter all invoices in one place is helpful

Cons

After over a year of trying to onboard, we have been passed on to 4 different account managers and things are still not running the way they should be

Because we manage 17 llc’s, it seemed more efficient(based on the product we were sold on) to utilize a platform that would allow us to do everything we needed without needing to open up a separate QBD file each time entering a transaction.

We were told that Re-Leased was able to sync with QBD. We have found after over a year of working on syncing, this is not the case. I have invoices that don’t show up and that don’t match bank transactions as well as random check numbers that feed out of nowhere

We understand that our QuickBooks Desktop integration hasn’t met your expectations, and it has since been phased out. The good news is that we now have a QuickBooks Online integration that works much more smoothly. It offers a seamless experience with real-time data updates, so our users won’t have to deal with the issues you've been experiencing. We’ve also made significant improvements to our onboarding process to ensure that our customers have a more consistent experience with fewer changes in account managers - hopefully this provides our users with the reliable support they deserve throughout their journey with Re-Leased.

We as a business are managing our tenants for the first time and Re-leased software has made that change very easy for us.

Pros

The implementation of Re-Leased and the support we recieved from Atul was outstanding and allowed us to understand exactly what re-leased offers and to use the software to its full potential. Atul was also very prompt in all correspondence and always followed up on questions that had been asked in training sessions.

Cons

The integration with Xero - It was to easy to set the wrong date for when Xero would integrate.

They couldn’t care less about their clients. BEWARE - you’re in for a price hike every year - that’s the only time you’ll hear from this appalling organisation.

Re-leased has saved a great deal of time particularly in terms of capturing data for new tenancies. The Xero integration means that our accounts department are up to date without any intervention from property managers.

Pros

Web based and apps make this easy to use on any workstation tablet or phone. The software automates all our regular functions and works as a single point data capture device. The intervention with Xero accounting software is pretty flawless.

Cons

Some of the contact handling is not 100% intuitive, particularly for less frequent users. But this is a minor quibble that just needs a little more familiarity.

There is no where we would rather be, the very friendly team at Re-Leased make working alongside them seemless

Pros

How easy it is use, the interface is simple but effective. The constant improvements from listening to client feedback is much appreciated and has improved our working life’s dramatically. The service charge improvements have been the best leap forward this year.

Cons

It can take time to hear back regarding issues with bugs in the system. This has been challenging when we are undertaking time sensitive tasks.

The sales and pitch process was excellent. The onboarding process is good but slow, too slow. I wish it was faster and the upload process was simpler. Apart from that, it was super!

Pros

Re-Leased will save me 400 hours a year, which is about 20% of the working year. I want to save that time and spend it on creative things and growing the business.

Cons

I had been looking for a solution for two years. I looked at a number of platforms in this space and none of them really had a proper product that you could access as a professional straight away. And they didn't seem to understand what real estate is about to the same level as Re-Leased.
