It is a great platform to store all relevant documentation and help to organise documents and allow the property management to be forward thinking in renewing important licenses / carry out key maintenance work that may need doing Cons Price - it is slightly more that it's direct competitors. Reports are good also to get the information that is required. Cons The system could be improved by having the ability to store documents. Eg a gas certificate or even the references pass confirmation and associate it to a unit or tenancy respectively. Cons Not being able to upload emails. The previous software to which used allowed us to upload incoming and outgoing emails.
