Comments: When I started my house call /office call practice in 2014, I was searching for a records keeping and practice management software solution which would fit my current needs and be able to grow with my practice. I reviewed several products and found VetOfficeSuite.
The program is powerful and easy to use no matter if am on a house call or in office. Eddie and the staff are available, prompt, and helpful in walking me though any problems or question. They are also very open to suggestions regarding modifications of the program for the greater good of all the users.
In comparison to the customer service issues my office colleague experiences with his practice software program, the VetOfficeSuite team are rock stars.
I had the pleasure of meeting the VetOfficeSuite team at the 2016 North American Veterinary Conference. I couldn't help but sing their praises to visitors at the both while I was there. I also appreciated the private tutorial sessions and great face to face costumer service. I was impressed they were concerned with my personal and professional satisfaction with the the program as well as my suggestion for improvements , which I have seen instituted.
As I prepare to move into a new solo practice, VetOfficeSuite is going along with me. Good job VetOfficeSuite!

Comments: I began using VetOfficeSuite.com in 2013. I found it incredibly intuitive and easy to use, and trained myself to use the majority of the software just by trial and error within a few hours of signing up. When I hit the wall of my learning and reached out for customer support, I was contacted almost immediately with offers for a video training conference.

VetOfficeSuite.com is perfect for my practice. We are a tech-savvy hospital, and we love our gadgets! We are able to access patient records from any device connected to the internet: laptops, iPads, iPhones, etc. have all been used to access patient records both here at the hospital and on house calls. Our clients, who also tend to be tech-savvy, love being able to access the medical notes and vaccination history from home as well!

As an initial user, I've been able to witness VetOfficeSuite.com being continually upgraded and improved by the developers. It has become even easier to jump from screen to screen, type in medical notes, & create invoices and estimates. In our office, we bring a laptop into the room with us, create the client and pet (for new patients), start a SOAP and then type in all the medical notes, create the invoice, print labels, etc. wirelessly, all from the exam room. The technicians then check the owner out in the room using Intuit credit card processor/swiper on an iPad, and then email the itemized receipt directly to the client and create recheck appointments all in the room before the client leaves. Thanks to this cloud-based technology we have no need to move the client from station to station to check them in and out...we do it all in one place which makes for superior customer service!

VetOfficeSuite.com has experienced a few glitches during the development, but the customer support team is extremely accessible and the turnaround time for problems ranges from an hour to just a few days. If a problems is severe, they treat it as an emergency and fix it immediately.

I chose VOS over other cloud-based products because it was the strongest product on the market offering me the most options for record-keeping, practice management, reminders and inventory management. Cloud-based record keeping is superior in every way to the old options, and it's an affordable, user-friendly product that has excellent customer support. I highly recommend it to any vet hospital who wishes to stay cutting edge with their services!

It is great that it can be accessed with my ipad - as a mobile vet getting my records is key

Comments: The pros are that I have found the customer service to be very amenable to feedback and product enhancement. The cons were that as a new product, I was a bit of a guinea pig so at first there were a few bugs that needed tweaking but as these issues have been resolved I am happy to have this software.

Comments: I own a busy veterinary emergency practice in New Jersey. My partner and I were considering a sizable investment in Cornerstone when we came across VetOfficeSuite. We loved the idea of a cloud based practice management application. In particular being able to travel between rooms with an iPad is a real plus. The software is intuitive, easy to use and train new staff members, and customer support is outstanding. As an added bonus, the CEO is a veterinarian and the software was developed from a practicing veterinarians's perspective. I recommend VetOfficeSuite without hesitation

Comments: I am enjoying my trial of this product! Questions I have had are responded to quickly and resolved quickly. If issues are going to take awhile, work-arounds are given. Staff held a personal conference call with me at 9:30 last night trying to figure out an issue. It was completely resolved less than 24 hours later. I am really impressed!

Comments: I have been using Vet Office Suite for almost a year. It is still a wonderful choice for me as the program is very user friendly and the information is presented in a straightforward manner. It continues to make me much more efficient, organized and effective. The cloud-based program is essential for my house call practice and consulting business. I attend many veterinary conferences and occasionally look at other veterinary software programs. Vet Suite Office is still the best, easiest and most cost-effective electronic medical record program on the market. The support team, which I have only needed to use once in 10 months, is incredible in their prompt and knowledgeable support. I am very happy with Vet Suite Office and continue to recommend it to others.

Comments: VoS is a startup and, like all newer products, still undergoing some growing pains. At times the software can be a little frustrating, but it has much improved in the 4 months that we've been using it. At a base functionality level it works well, though there are a couple mechanics that could still use fine-tuning. It is still updated regularly and the improvements are well thought out and deployments are typically uneventful for us (which is a good thing, in case you weren't aware).

The thing that makes VoS truly exceptional isn't the site - it's the company. They have truly been a joy to work with. Our feasible suggestions for the site have been implemented and in a mostly timely manner. All our concerns are taken seriously and when the one major issue we've had did come up, they went out of their way to fix it quickly and efficiently.

It's rare, in our day and age, that a company, especially with an online business, has genuinely good customer service. But they don't just have good customer service. It is great.

In the end the functionality, for the price, is simply unbeatable in veterinary medicine, add to that the service we've received and it turns into a bargain that can't be beat.

Comments: We opened a new practice last June and after studying all options, we decided to use VetOfficeSuite as our practice management software. We have not regretted this decision in any way. The software is intuitive and has all of the main features we need to run our business. When we have had issues ( and they have been minor) fixes are usually made within hours- not days. We have asked for several new features and have had great support in implementing what we have asked for. I would recommend VetOfficeSuite highly.
