"Bookinglayer experiences and reviews"

**Overall:** My overall experience with Bookinglayer has been positive, as it serves us very well in many areas of our operation.

**Pros:** Bookinglayer is a diverse system of features that facilitate management depending on your business. What I like most are the email automations that you can customize for who to send to, when, and how to send. Another interesting feature is the creation of a "website" with customized widgets about products/services, with direct integration with the Bookinglayer calendar if it is a service that requires reservations, and direct integration with various types of payment services.

**Cons:** Perhaps the fact that it does not allow you to send instructions directly to the payment gateway to make a refund without having to access the Stripe platform.

"A good booking system for accomm and activity providers"

**Overall:** They're pretty quick to provide support and the system is solid.

**Pros:** Reliable system with some really useful features not found elsewhere.

**Cons:** Not really optimised for activity providers. Don't make much progress with planned or suggested updates.
