### "Pros and cons of Proposify"

July 14, 2022

4.0

Overall experience with Proposify is nice as it fullfill our current requirements quite well hence one can go with Proposify software if they wanna have right workflow management tool.

Pros

Our dependency with CRM tools is based on our current requirements and the main reason of using Proposify is to have perfect documents signature as well as ideal workflow management system which could automate the process and here Proposify did it job quite well.

Cons

The efficiency of using other tools in collaboration with Proposify is not that good as for handling and improving documents that is required. Hence this is something where our team felt the improvement is required.

### "Efficient Proposal Builder for Businesses"

September 16, 2024

4.0

Overall, this platform has been the backbone of my department with creating a positive digital impression of how our team presents packages to potential clients. Being a part of a digital marketing firm, having our best foot forward digitally has increased our authority in our market.

Pros

I enjoy the ability to create templates and streamline my proposals. Having a built out system to continually turn around proposals efficiently has helped me win more deals.

Cons

Sometimes the formatting of terms and conditions and table building for pricing can be a bit glitchy when copy & pasting new terminology or updating pricing.

Great product from great people - we’ve used Proposify for 3 years and it’s been great!

### "Excellent proposal workflow tool, but pricing and advanced editing should be reviewed"

April 30, 2026

4.0

Pros

What I liked most about Proposify is how it removes friction from the proposal process. In practice, teams can use templates, content libraries, approvals, pricing tables, and e-signatures instead of manually editing Word or PDF files. For example, this reduces errors, shortens turnaround time, and improves close rates.

Cons

What I liked least about Proposify is that some advanced formatting or pricing table edits can feel restrictive. Pricing may also become less attractive for small teams or lower proposal volumes. In more customized sales environments, setup discipline is important.

### "Robust and Relevant but Has Competition "

July 9, 2023

3.0

Solid resource but not for everyone. Quality and consistent way to elevate your brand. Some glitches but overall, works well.

Pros

I was excited to give Proposify a try because I do a great deal of professional document designs. I have also had a handful of clients trial it before ultimately deciding on a program to meet their needs. I like that users could easily modify the templates and that there are a variety of quality templates available. This enables users to create branded documents with professional look and feel and to do so consistently. A service like Proposify helps to save time which ultimately translates to saving money. It’s a good resource if you’re doing high volume sales presentations or pitches.

Cons

I disliked the pricing options as they are somewhat restrictive and seem to exclude a population of customers who might be interested in a one-off or two-off solution. This makes them not as attractive as some of their competitors but a great option for others and it may not be the most ideal if you’re not doing a high volume of pitches or proposals.

### "Proposify has great metrics"

May 22, 2023

5.0

Our institution uses Proposify as a way to showcase our services to clients, allowing them to examine everything we offer and sign a contract with us from the proposal. It is used by other department heads, so there is no problem with misinterpretations. Everything the client needs to know about how we work for them is clearly stated and beautiful.

Pros

Because it sends drafts and can have automatic reminder emails, there is reciprocal communication between both sides of the draft that you can have: clients have the ability to write reciprocal notes. It just makes everything very seamless and integrates with most of your customer relationship management programs. There are wonderful, stealthy measurement methods that we love. On your smartphone, you'll get alerts through the app when someone opens your proposal and has signed. You may also log into the app and see how often people are looking at your presentation. Therefore, the most appreciated feature is the enormous amount of time saved. If someone has used word processing programs like Word or Excel, they probably have a poorly developed mind. Proposify's purpose is excellent because there are visually appealing templates ready to use, it helps you save time and is visually pleasing. We received numerous comments from our clients when we sent them alternative proposals that we thought would look amazing.

Cons

The initial onboarding is wonderful, however, a little more love should be shown there. After payment has been made with Stripe, could clients receive a receipt? This could be helpful, since by this time we have to do it by hand in QuickBooks.

### "Allows interactions with clients with better results "

July 20, 2023

5.0

Thanks to the segmentation and monitoring of interactions, it allows us to offer our clients a more personalized service adapted to their needs. Constantly increasing sales and satisfaction of both clients and professionals

Pros

I like it because it has an approach focused on efficiency and business customization, this platform offers intuitive and powerful solutions to help maximize results and maintain a solid relationship with your clients. It helps to keep track of interactions which allows detailed tracking of all interactions with customers, whether by email, phone calls or any other way. This will help you keep a complete record of communications and provide a more personalized service. Bearing in mind that with more efficient and personalized customer management, you will be able to increase customer retention and generate new sales opportunities.

Cons

The use of a new tool may require a period of adaptation and learning to get the most out of it, but I consider that this solution is aimed at almost any organization with efficient results

### "Entreflow Consulting Group's use of Proposify"

April 19, 2019

5.0

For any of you who have suffered through the time suck fun of writing proposals on a regular basis, Proposify is going to be an awesome app for you or your clients.

Pros

our favourite feature; huge time savings. If anybody's ever done proposals on Word or Excel; it’s head wreck. Proposify is great because there's beautiful templates there ready to go, it saves you a ton of time and they are visually appealing. We get lots of feedback from our clients when we send them out proposals that our proposals look amazing. The other top features are that there's a super easy editor to use, great content library, there’s the signature function in there to get your signature to get to a proposal signed off on. There's great, sneaky metrics that we absolutely love. You get notifications on your phone via the app when somebody opens the proposal, and when they've signed off on it. But, also, you can go into the app and see how much time people are actually spending looking at your proposal, which I think is kind of sneaky but it surprises me how little time people actually spend reading your proposal. Spoiler alert: people don't read their contracts.

Cons

the startup integration is cool but we'd like to see a little bit more love in that space. So once the Stripe payment is taken could the clients get a receipt? That might be helpful, we have to go and actually manually create that in Quickbooks, so it's a little bit of love required on that, I think it was more of an after fact for them and they've just left it to Stripe to kind of manage it.

Hi Aislinn, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We do have an article in our Knowledge Base that walks you through how to send your client a receipt from a Stripe transaction via the payment dashboard, if you'd like to reduce the time spent manually entering the information into Quickbooks - http://support.proposify.com/api-and-integrations/invoicing-and-billing/stripe. That being said, we appreciate your feedback - our Development team is always working on improving the user experience, and your comments are helpful for future updates! ### "Creating professional proposals is a quick process!"

May 1, 2019

5.0

Proposify helps me create attractive and effective proposals help me close more deals and grow my business.

Pros

I like that the proposals created with this software truly just look good. The proposals are very attractive overall and knowing this builds even more confidence when crafting the proposals. The entire platform is very intuitive and you can quickly get started with the built-in design templates. I love the Stripe integration as well because sometimes I do not want to have to send clients a separate invoice after sending them the proposal. So this integration feature saves me a lot of time.

Cons

I would like to see additional templates added over time.

### "A Proposal tool for big kids"

October 5, 2016

5.0

I love this thing and use it all the time. Before I got this program I was shuffling through Word docs on my computer and constantly rewriting brand new proposals for each prospect. Proposify helped me streamline my process for kicking out really great looking proposals. The absolute best part of the whole tool is how it allows each party to e-sign the contract right inside the program. Really handy and beats the pants off asking someone to print, sign, scan, and send back. It's the real deal and honestly I couldn't go back to send someone a pdf from my word doc or whatever. This is way better. http://www.signal-interactive.com

Pros

I save all my different versions of proposals and can mix and match different sections as needed for each client. Helps to have a library of sections, different contracts, etc. The delivery, editing, and signing is all in one place. It sends us both a PDF version with signatures to file after closing. Uses great code snippets to automatically fill in the client name, the cost, etc to make each one somewhat custom. I get notified in my email when my prospect views the proposal (which is exciting). It looks a lot more professional when they get the nice designed email with a button to click and the proposal deck is laid out with a nav bar. Takes you from minor leagues (with silly word docs or PDF attachments) to big leagues, especially as a digital agency.

Cons

It's definitely not a design tool so I have a hard time getting the layout and design of the proposal to look the way I want. It's fairly limited in what it can do in that respect so we build pieces (images) offline and then paste the image into the proposal sometimes. Otherwise, for what it is, it's pretty good at helping me put together a good looking proposal. It's just not an Adobe product or anything. The way content pieces in the library are saved and edited is somewhat confusing and I've struggled to replace everything after deleting templates and then losing content pieces.

### "One of the best tool to make your proposals more easily and effectively"

April 6, 2019

4.0

We can now track our proposals in time and followup with them such that the chance of getting them cold is very low. Proposify helps us to maintain a strong communication with the client and thereby generating more sales.

Pros

The best part about Proposify is that there is no need to search for templates on the internet that match your proposals, it has al the needy templates on the system. While selecting the proposal type the template design gets added automatically thus saving much time. We are also interested to see that a lot of third party integrations can be done on this tool like adding in Zoho platform etc. The major use case that we can see is the ease of creating a proposal and have the follow up done. Really a great tool to work with.

Cons

The major issue is that the pricing and the feature set is limited, saying we cant add more images to the layout like we had done on MS word. Please cleat this issues asap.

### "Proposify Is The Best"

September 27, 2016

5.0

I own a Landscape Architecture firm called Stack Rock Group. We design sustainable, high-performance landscapes nationwide. I searched for months and tried several platforms before deciding on Proposify. Our proposals blow our competitors out of the water and our clients love how they look and how advanced we are. We write tons of proposals and Proposify makes it super simple to track them and for our clients to view and accept them. I seriously can't remember my proposal writing life before Proposify. It will be a cold day the next time I open up InDesign to write a proposal. Proposify is easy to use. Support is awesome. I can't think of a reason not to use Proposify.

Pros

Templates are super easy to use and to customize. Saving my own templates for different customer segments is stupid simple. Customer support is awesome and so responsive. Every proposal we have turned out with Proposify has looked amazing and our conversion rate has increased 20%.

Cons

The only con is there isn't YET a mobile app that will allow me to enter new customers and send a proposal from my iPad.

### "Proposify for small business sales proposals "

October 2, 2018

4.0

Pros

The ability to track current and pending proposals that have been submitted and to see where each client is spending the most time in the proposal.

Cons

The lack of integrations. As far as we have been able to utilize the Podio integration does a great job updating it's own app but as soon as you try to incorporate internal data it gets jumbled. The problem here is that it cannot auto relate to an existing project and a project must be created before we can set up the proposal (as we must work out the pricing before creating the proposal). It could really use a clean up on the integration bit.

### "The Best Proposal & Contract Platform That We've Used"

October 7, 2016

4.0

After trying several other options over the last few years for our consulting business, we found Proposify and have been very happy with the platform. It has a number of great features, is quite reliable, and the team is always quick to respond or address any issues that we run into. The support is perhaps what I would emphasize most; our previous platform (QuoteRoller) was very poor when it came to support and responding/acting on feedback. Proposify clearly cares about what its customers have to say and is always working to make it better!

Pros

\- Templates & contract modules (easy to 'slice up' and use/re-use only what you need) - Design and user experience - Reliability - Proposify team! - Flexibility - Tracking of proposals (sent, viewed, signed, etc.) - Email & follow-up templates/options

Cons

\- Occasional issues with editing/formatting of contracts - Formatting of PDFs from the platform will sometimes be slightly different than the in-browser version

Its been great, Always get an answer.

Pros

The layout and presentation. I believe this changed the way we do business after 45 years. We have been developing our own until I found Proposify. Its everything I need to draw up a quote from $500.00 - $1,000,000.00 Its that simple. Totally changed the way we communicate with our clients and our competiton has nothing on us. Absolutely fantastic. A good example of how a good SaaS company should operate.

Pros

The software is very easy to use and produces lovely looking proposals (I've had compliments from customers who've asked what proposal software we use) but the thing I like most is the customer support. It's great to see a SaaS product backed up by brilliant and quick customer support....this is so rare these days!

### "Sleek and snappy proposals have never been easier"

June 12, 2018

5.0

Pros

Want to create quick, professional-looking proposals? Look no more! Our company has been extremely satisfied with Proposify. It has condensed what used to be long hours of tedious work, into few. The Tall plan is great for small companies; under this plan you can have up to 5 active proposals and can easily export PDF versions of proposals at any time. The ability to see when the client has opened the proposal has kept us from having to send those nagging reminder emails (we all cringe at). You can also see how much time the client has spent looking at each section of the proposal, which often helps us gage their interests even before they provide feedback. But the best feature of this application, by far, is that you can easily duplicate old proposals so you do not have to start from scratch every time. If you are looking for a tool to help you shovel your proposals out the door more quickly, Proposify won’t let you down.

Cons

When two or more people are trying to make edits to the same proposal simultaneously, edits and updates do not always save correctly.

### "Once you learn it"

February 20, 2019

3.0

Pros

I like the drag and drop feature. It is easy to add each individual item (with price) when preparing a quote or a client.

Cons

You cannot set up certain field throughout a document so it automatically populates when you make a change such as a client name or date. When you win a deal, this program does not integrate with Quickbooks so we have to manually set up the client in QB and create a new invoice.

Cons
