We are a small growing business. It is really capable of handling bigger teams and projects like I've had in a former corporate life. Cons Too much for what I currently need. I wish they had a 'lite' version. I have a need to get quotes out which look nice and in a quick fashion. Much of it is template driven. I love the autonomy it has provided us by leveraging their internal doc metrics, pipeline assessment, electronic signature, pre-existing templates, and custom library for all of our needs. If you take everything mentioned above and add a sweet integration with Zapier it makes me a happy business owner! Cons Some of the UI/UX workflow when maneuvering through your proposal templates and library could be more intuitive. I thought this wouldn't be that big of a deal since we'd always worked from a Google Docs template that we'd crafted over the years, but Proposify gave us a very simple tool that let us make our proposals look more on brand and follow those brand elements through the email and SOW process. As a new(ish) web developer I was struggling with the whole contract process, everything from what to include to how do I get their signature, to "oh my god this is so ugly, I can't send them this!". I stumbled accross a recommendation for Proposify from a fellow web designer. I signed up for the 30 day free trial and was hooked. Not only did Proposify immediately solve all of my problems, but I LOVED being able to see when potential clients had actually reviewed the proposal, and where they spent the most time. I debated signing up once the trial was over, but in the end it was no contest. The monthly fee is more than made up for by the time I save on just one proposal a month. Review Source NM Natasha M. The graphical layout features are excellent in showcasing our work. Pros Functionality, usability Cons There are a couple of bugs that are supposedly being fixed with the new version coming out in 2017. Unfortunately buggy caching in combination with outosave and undo that makes editing a hassel and very easy to lose hours of work, especially problems at page breaks and with page merging. This is really spoiling the fun and contradicts the time saving argument. I've pointed out this problem for month now, no noticable improvement to that critical deficite. We can see the difference when it comes to an impression as well - clients are amazed by beautiful proposals and are more likely to seal the deal quicker. Also, great pricing! Cons I can't say there is anything I don't like in particular. I've not rated customer support as we have never needed to get support which is a credit to the system! Cons We opted to keep our proposals simple and didn't use it long term as it was not a requirement but it would be our go to option and we refer our own customers there.
