We easily create different types of proposals from SEO, to Web Design & Digital Marketing retainer projects. Then we manage our entire workflow within our app stack via Zapier which is native to Proposify...just awesome. October 20, 2016 5.0 I was shown Proposify by a friend who loved it. We have both been struggling to write good, reusable proposals. I have many services that I can roll into packages with numerous different configurations. The library concept allows me to easily throw services together to make unique proposal for each customer. They can then sign it and send it back in no time. It makes me look like a pro and it takes a difficult, time consuming task and makes it fun and legal. I feel that the price may be steep for us little guys however. I am paying for it now because I wanted to see if it was worth it but may give it up if the results can't be justified. It helped us to create high quality proposal template which are so easy to deploy to new clients. We especially love the integrations with Hubspot CRM and Fresh books. Maintaining deals ad invoicing clients has never been easier. The final plus for us is the digital signatures. No printing no scanning documents back and forth, just send, view, sign! Whether using one of the multitude of templates, or creating your own, the design tools and layout allows for easy creation. Cons No major complaints about Proposify. I believe more complex tools could be added for creation if someone is more advanced, however I believe almost anything can be worked around within the program.
