The built-in signer is very usefull. Pros It has a built-in signer, perfect to send proposals and wait for the client to send them back signed. You can also see how much time the client spent reading the proposal and when. It is very easy to use It has templates or you can make your own proposal template. The Fee table calculates the total for you and shows the value of the proposal for the client. Cons The site is very slow, It froze for 30 minutes when trying to erase a text that was copied 10 times. Also, the whole copy and paste thing gets tricky with the keyboard. You can't align text with a button, you have to use the grid and do it manually and only has Youtube, Vimeo and Wistia for video support. Review Source MM Mustafa M. It provides a great interface for our clients to view and sign proposals. Pros I like the way you can see who has viewed the proposal and how much time each person spent viewing it. It took some time to set up with my own branding, templates, etc. However once that's done this software is a proposal beast! I believe the value, at least for me, is that it's pushed me to create more thorough, engaging proposals and in-turn hasn't gotten me tens of thousands of new business. The tools have gotten better and better with their improvements. I had one small issue using a certain browser, they responded immediately, directly to me - yes a real live tech person - and resolved the issue which was software-wide, within a day and a half. The people behind the scenes really care about each aspect of Proposify and it shows... I didn't get the usual delayed replies, ultra elementary response questions, excuses, and runaround that I've nearly grown to expect... It is refreshing. Great job guys, keep it up! Pros Templates, Auto-fill tags, Reports, E-sign feature, downloads, love it all. Pros Heard about Propisfy on a Podcast and was surprised I hadn't run into it before on Product Hunt or something. Great concept and a very useful tool. If you're a marketing agency or doing any kind of freelance work, I highly recommend the product. Makes your organization look very professional and it also saves you time from writing lengthy proposals that you're always revising. Cons I don't want to say the price is too high because the value is definitely there if you're doing any amount of volume. I used this in particular as a free trial to see whether it is something I would need and it turns out that I was able to improve the speed and efficiency of proposal preparations. I love how much more simpler and quicker it allows a proposal to be developed and sent out, a task which previously would always be daunting to me. Cons I think it is a bit on the pricey side, but seeing as it does what you'd expect it to, it really comes down to how much you value the use of that service. Pros \- Templates are a great starting point to get you writing a polished proposal - Highly customizable so you can add or take away as you please, add your own branding and photos - Legalese taken care of for you - The end client can view your proposal and sign it straight from their phone. My clients have already been impressed with how professional the proposals look and how easy it was to sign off and get the project rolling. - You get notifications when your user has seen and approved your proposal Cons The ONLY thing I did not like was I couldn't seem to customize the automated Thank You email message that would send once the client has approved the proposal. They really like the presentation and we like being able to monitor their activity. You can really tell who is engaged and who is not interested! It saves us a lot of time. Pros \-You can make it look really nice. -"Big Brother" clients. See their interaction. Cons \-Some added features that you can find in powerpoint. I would like a watermark, so that the background image doesn't move around if you accidentally click it. -I wish it was easier to hyperlink photos. Right click, and then have the hyperlink option. The functionality is great to see when people have reviewed and read the proposal. including how long they have spent on each section. Cons setting up the software can be a bit tricky, if you want reusable proposals then you have to put effort in upfront to get it setup. The webapp runs really well, is very intuitive and straight forward. Proposals now look professional and I've had overwhelmingly positive feedback when sending them out. The support staff are very friendly and have help me a lot with some more complicated bits. Favourite feature is the online signing capabilities for customers. Helps to streamline the process no end. Overall Very Happy. Cons Haven't found anything I dislike at this point. A couple of the auto-fill sections were a little complex at first to understand how they integrated with the proposal forms, but if you read the guides and tutorials then you won't struggle at all! Cons When editing some text and rich features in individual Proposals, the ability and feature set could be a little more advanced, i.e. the inclusion of a page break etc. Potentially an add-in to MS Word would be AMAZING.
