They are mostly easy to setup too. I loooove the big dynamic photos and ability to use their templates to create striking proposals. Cons The newest version is better and easier to use. Pros Proposify ha simplified our proposal and agreement process. Now clients who aren't tech savvy can click a button to sign and approve a proposal. We have also been able to easily customize the proposals so they are now also our client agreement. The software is pretty intuitive however when you need help they have truly outstanding customer service that's available through live chat! I was working until 8 or 9 PM EST ans sent a message through their live chat thinking I'd hear back the next day but someone was still working. We also love that we can see at a glance how much we have in outstanding proposals. Cons So far I can't find anything. If I had to say one thing it would be that you can't have someone sign in two areas, which we need, howvwe we did find a work around until they add that. Review Source BT Brad T. I can track real time feedback from my potential clients and they have said my proposals are much more professional looking. Cons While there are table features, they are limited. This is hardly a reason though to not use Proposify. My proposals use heave tables and I was able to work around this issue but I do hope they add new features to tables soon (i.e., merge cells, copy paste, etc.). Review Source JH Julia H. I would say that the only addition that I would love would be adding Stripe or another type of online payment which would be automatic once the proposal is signed. That was the issue with our last proposal system. Also, like the ability to archive. Pros Great Integration and you can print the proposals out and get them signed. Cons When I push the proposal to Quickbooks it classifies everything as service, so I have to go in and manually change it to its classification (design, social media, web development etc.) Also, I can't exclude part of the proposal if it's not being included in the initial deposit price. " June 11, 2017 5.0 Pros The ability to save proposals as templates which helps our salespeople quickly create a proposal. Which of course means we are quicker to close sales. And the API integration to our deal system, Pipedrive, is really awesome. Cons For those of us that are less server side knowledgeable...the idea of changing a CNAME on our own is daunting. I would like to see a "wizard" created that does this so we can easily have proposals with our domain in the address bar. There is really nothing in PandaDocs that is not in Proposify and frankly I got the hang of Proposify much quicker. Customer support is quick and very helpful Pros Its very easy to use. User interface is nice and well thought out. No real learning curve for the most part, Cons It might be nice to have a little more flexibility with the pricing charts that you lay in. I sell commercial office furnishings and our proposals beat out our competition every time. I have never had a customer compliment me on the way a proposal looked until a few weeks ago. When a creative agency that deals with Fortune 500 customers tells you that your proposal is the most well put together and cleanest proposal they've ever received, that says a lot! We will continue to use the product and love the service Proposify provides. Pros After trying multiple Proposal Software tools, I found that Proposify offers more flexibility with page/content formatting than other like Qwilr. It is also more affordable. Cons After setting it up and customizing Proposify, I found that I didn't like the quote options/settings. It did not offer the flexibility and customization I needed for our sales process. Without that "running start" there's not a huge difference between Proposify and Google Slides. Pros This creates a professional-looking online proposal with minimal effort. It's fairly easy to use and collaborators can pitch in. If you're starting from scratch, this gives you a big leg up. Cons I thought the designs were a little meh—especially the graphic design one!
