Pros I loved that it made proposals look more professional. The templates were a great start and the collaboration aspect was very useful Cons It took me and my team a long time to figure out how to format certain additions and edits we had to the existing template. It was both our first times using the software, but our experience made us not utilize it again. It could be worth it to get if your team already knows how to use it or can provide some training on it, otherwise I wouldn't use it as a first time user without being able to dedicate a lot of time to learn the ins and outs. Also there needs to be more transparency into things like the fee table which is not built out well. Pros I like the ability to embed videos into the proposal. Cons limitations on fee tables, implementation of the software is not easy, salesforce query does not always find the names of people I am looking for, flow pages cant be changed to and from fixed page, sometimes users see all side options and sometimes they see "trial" and not all the options even though we are not on a trial Review Source Response from Proposify Inc. November 27, 2014 5.0 About couple months ago, I decided that I wanted to take my proposals in a new direction. The proposal software I had been using for nearly a year was not meeting my needs. I needed more flexibility in customizing the look, I needed to create proposals faster, and I was also looking for better support. The Proposify team is on top of their game constantly tweaking and perfecting the platform, as well as randomly reaching out to personally check on you to make sure you're happy. And the bonus? ... The pricing is significantly less than what the previous proposal company was charging! Like any new software program these days, there is a learning curve. I won't lie, there are a good amount of options that take a little getting used to, but you don't have to be extremely tech-savvy to get used to it. Practice makes perfect. It probably took me 3-4 proposals before I found a good rhythm, but now, after using the program for about a month, I am sending out some powerful proposals/presentations that are impressing prospects and clients! I searched for a while before I decided on Proposify, and I'm happy with my decision! We would have continued to use it if pricing was a little better. Pros This is a great way to engage with clients and win new contracts. We loved the e-signitures feature. It also helps to keep everything organised and in one place. We love how it looks too. Cons We wish there was a little bit more control over the formatting of contracts. Proposify has helped me streamline the proposal process by setting up easy templates I can use again and again and it takes me a fraction of the time it used to. These proposals look great too. Cons glitchiest software we have EVER used. Trying to format is horrible. My excellent web developer won't use it. Keeps disconnecting with our ZOHO integration. Look elsewhere! I also really like that i get a notification every time someone reads the proposal. We'd send it out and wonder if our potential client even looked at it. We stumbled on Proposify and haven't looked back. We love the professional look of the proposals and the information we receive about how the client interacts with the proposal. Creating new proposals is so simple. We've even won a couple of clients simply because they were so impressed with our proposal functionality. It is the best tool we have found for our agency in years and we won't go back to sending proposals as PDFs ever again. Business Development Used the software for: ### "Excellent software, unparalleled support!" March 23, 2015 5.0 These guys are great! Ryle Racki responds to e-mails personally. I get the impression Proposify believes in constant and never ending improvement as my user feedback does not fall on deaf ears. The software is very easy to use with a short learning curve. New users need to differentiate early on the difference between a template and a local edit. Proposify is leaps and bounds ahead of PandaDocs which I found to be very rigid (I was not able to resize an image, for example). The amount of customizations available for the proposal template in Proposify leaves users to their creativity instead of the confines of the coding. It's been gratifying to see hours and hours export to a beautiful PDF. This in itself is crucial since what was done in the template (font, spacing, formatting etc) must reflect in the finished product. I rate "ease of use" 4 stars as there are some minor tweaks that would make Proposify just that much more intuitive. Happy to be using them. Keep up the great work Proposify!
