It helps us reduce the complexity of managing employees which has seen great productivity for us. Pros Fingercheck has great time tracking features that helps us track employees tasks so we are able to ensure we schedule employees according to their skills and availability so there are mix ups. It has an intuitive interface that is very easy to use. Even new users without any technical skills do not struggle to get the best out of this tool. Cons Fingercheck has been an exceptionally great tool for us. I have not experienced any challenges with this tool. The product is top notch. The implementation process was very easy. Pros Fingercheck has been a game changer. We were stuck in the 1800's using a regular punch clock. Pros The best part is how the time tracking syncs automatically with the payroll. It saves me so much time because I don't have to enter data manually twice. I also really like the mobile app; it's very convenient for checking things on the go. Cons The setup process at the very beginning was a bit confusing, but once we got used to it, it was fine. Also I wish there were more tutorials for the advanced features. Sometimes, if I need a very specific custom report, it's hard to figure out how to generate it. Pros Onboarding is smooth and easy to use. payroll processing and employee time tracking are accurate and reliable, with automated tax calculations and built-in compliance handling. Cons Customer service is very inconsistent. Its very slow and difficult when issues arise. The learning curve for advanced settings and configurations can require extra training or clearer documentation.
