I use it daily and its nice to know that I can count on Fingercheck to get my daily task done. Pros If there is one thing that I like the most about Fingercheck is being able to have access to a mobile app that I can use anywhere. I wish I read all the bad reviews because then the exact same things happened to my company. Pros It was easy to sign up. They have their pricing online. Cons Their website menus don't make sense and make it difficult for you to find anything. They will put a hold on your account for issues they cause, and this will cause you to not be able to pay your employees. They filed our taxes incorrectly so now we have to pay to refile. They are way too difficult to do business with. Pros Fingercheck has great time tracking features that helps us track employees tasks so we are able to ensure we schedule employees according to their skills and availability so there are mix ups. It has an intuitive interface that is very easy to use. Even new users without any technical skills do not struggle to get the best out of this tool. Cons Customer service is very inconsistent. Its very slow and difficult when issues arise.
