I find it useful to send the document, track its progress and receive the signed version without having to deal with as much paperwork. Cons When several documents are sent at the same time, you need to keep track of the signatures properly so you don’t lose track of a document that is still waiting for a response. I would definitely recommend it to others. I think it’s a great tool. I love using it. Pros The process is very quick with Docusign, it has easy to review the materials. The documentation can be reviewed very quickly. Cons I have had instances where the document could not be saved. I had to finish the document all at once.
