Overall our experience has been ok. Communicating with Customer service via chat is not always the best option. Having phone access to customer service, essentially 24 hours per day is a plus.

Pros

I like the flow of the mobile app and the driver app

Cons

Manipulating the static route and printing receipts for clients is cumbersome, too many steps.

Overall satisfied with the system and appreciate the continuous updates the software team does based on customer feedback.

Pros

Ease of usage for tagging and inputting customer information. Easy to customize for the business.

Cons

System navigation can be cumbersome and confusing at times. Training videos leave out steps making it difficult to understand how to proceed.

Poor. Don’t recommend. Sales team tell you anything you want to hear. Not adaptable. Very frustrated.

Pros

Nothing good about it. Over priced. Mis sold from the start. Not capable of doing what we were promised.

Cons

Misled and miss sold from the start. The app can’t do anything we asked despite being particularly prescriptive from the start about what we were looking for. Sales team just said yes to everything we asked and now we want to cancel, it’s proving hard to speak to anyone or get a response.

Pros

I like the simplicity of the software both on the owner and employee side. The metrics that I am able to see and separate by user and type is great. Ability to have the option of DoorDash is good, I haven’t really used it. The price for what you get monthly is great and better than my previous at cents

Cons

Nothing to really note that has bothered me. When it works smoothly, it’s great.

I love the ease use. Our attendants are quick to learn the system. It’s easier to use versus other out of the box systems. I use CleanCloud at all three locations.

Cons

I wish we could access detailed reports in the system rather than having to export the details

It's easy to use. The analytics are very informative.

Cons

I don't like the App set up. It would be great if I had an app under my brand instead of CleanCloud's brand. Cents allows users to have a branded app, that's very important to me.

I have been supported from day 1 to now having used over 1 year.

Pros

It is very customizable to your business needs. You can start out with limited features and add more as your business grows. Also customer service is top notch, they have chat feature with live agents to answer questions quickly.

Recommended printer does not support logo on receipt

Very friendly and customer support is always great!

Cons

When scanning in an item, I find don't like that if you scan a barcode, it won't tell you that it already exists. For instance, on new order page, If i am checking in a blouse (click blouse) then scan barcode, it wont tell me if that barcode already has been entered. I can go to the barcode tab and scan it, but then I risk it not being entered, me having to double click out and then go back to the blouse. I wish I could just scan the barcode under blouse, if it doesn't exsist, it prompts me to create new item, or if it does, it would automatically add saved info.

### "CleanCloud Delivers "

We started off slowly implementing and still haven't implemented 100% yet but for the price compared to other similar software, this can't be beat. Why pay monthly royalties that you've worked hard for, when you can pay a flat rate fee. This is how it should be done and we appreciate them.

Pros

Great software that is easy to use once you've played around with it for a bit. They are constantly adding new features and making things easier. We wanted something simple that would alert customers when items are picked up and dropped off and this does that very well. It is also great for routing and overall management of orders in our warehouse. We really like it and so do our customers.

Cons

Really only support is by email. I was able to get a phone call when I had an issue that wasn't easily resolved. I have a small list of "like to have" items that they have been receptive to looking at and hopefully some of those will get implemented down the line.

I love the fact that it's a user friendly app for the business owner and consumer. It's straight forward and to the point.

Cons

The price increase over the last year has been way higher than expected. There's also still several glitches with logging in on multiple computers; and the invoice system does not allow for positive record keeping.

### "Brought All of Our Data into One Place"

CleanCloud has let us put all of our customers, their orders, and their payments in one location. It allows us to email and text our customers directly from within the app, notifies our customers when their payments have been declined, sends out automated service reminders, as well as when the driver is on the way, the order has been picked up, and the order has been delivered. I no longer have to maintain multiple databases of customer records, because they are all in one place. While we have struggled a bit with metrics to find very specific information, our overall experience with CleanCloud has been very positive. Their customer service team is prompt, the webinars keep us informed of changes, and they are always working to make the software better.

Pros

My favorite features of CleanCloud are the ability to keep all of my customer data and sales in one place, automated reminders for service, and ease of use for employees.

Cons

There are some areas for improvement including routing and metrics. To be fair, however, routing for our company is exceedingly difficult.

Frustrating support that has cost me on the business side. and in the end it’s the aftercare you live with everyday.

Pros

The simple cloud based interface makes it possible to manage transparently from anywhere.

Cons

Support team are just terrible. They are not responsive. They drop the ball on paid deliverables, and they don’t acknowledge and try to fix the shortcomings once they occur. Maintenance on purchased products such as custom apps has been highly problematic. I regret establishing my business trusting their white lAbelled app to be the core of my customer interface

There isn't an option for international payments. Once that feature is added I will definitely use it.

Ease of use for all employees. My customers absolutely love the text message reminders on order completion.

I wish it spoke with QuickBooks on both ends. Also with they had an IOS Pos app for smartphones.

Predominantly we aim to be more efficient within our business and Clean Cloud adds a more streamlined approach to our processes therefore providing better service offering to our customers.

Pros

Its ease of use, quick setup and its integrations. I like that its tailored for the type of service we do and takes the chore out of the admin within our business.

Cons

Improvements to the UI/UX could be a bit better. With more improvement around a more cleaner interface, perhaps also a welcome Step by step setup for new accounts would also be a plus. Do also feel that the admin/backend could be a bit more informative.
