But I think my 3 favorite aspects are 1) Speed - CleanCloud is very fast. It is much faster to use than other systems I've tried, and my staff have found it easy to get to grips with. 2) Reliability - Even though its a cloud service we have never had any trouble 3) Delivery features - Having route management and online orders coming in has really helped us expand our business and move online. Good support. Easy to export information at the end of the month Cons Few little changes we have had to make, and are still making to tailor the program to our needs. As a manager, I like that I can set different privileges to different employees. 4/5 on the features and functionality because there isn't a whole lot of images to use: lab coat, gloves, robe as examples. Hopefully an update in the future will add more. Customers absolutely love the next message notification feature. It's text/email alerts for customers has increased customer pick up times, and the speed of inputting orders is handy when there's a number of customers dropping items at once.
