“Ease of Use and Great Features”

OverallEasy to use tool with very good customer service. Would recommend to hotels to be in SoftInn's listings
ProsEasy to create Rooms and monitor room bookings.
ConsThe PMS is still new and requires some more work but can't wait to try it.

OverallUser friendly and interpersonal interactions . Each request were dealt promptly with efficiency. Improvement can be done on immediate payment by credit card upon booking
