Simple time tracking for customer billing - saves time compared to our previous process.

Pros

Very clean design and simple to use. API with Pivotal Tracker works really well. Custom report function makes it easy to see your data in the way you want it.

Cons

There's not much that I'd improve - possibly a few small tweaks to make it more obvious how things work.

Everhour is a very useful time tracking application that integrates with our project management software

Pros

Everhour is easy to use, has a great interface, and works with many popular project management applications.

Cons

It doesn't work when you're offline, and they don't have a mobile version. Also, sometimes it runs slow.

Less time spent on associating time entries from the tracker and specific tasks. Basically, it cuts down on the time spent tying things together for invoicing.

Pros

That it can be integrated with Asana, so our tasks from Asana are directly associated to a time entry in the tracker. It requires less effort to produce invoices in the end.

As an organisation we have used the application for timing and billing work for clients that would require billing.

Pros

Easy to set up.Useful for generation of different monthly reports which enables one to classify clients according to type of billing.

Cons

I haven't used the software long enough to find something to dislike.
