Overall, my experience with Cloud Assess was positive. The platform provided an efficient way to manage training, assessments, and compliance in a single system. What I liked most about Cloud Assess was how easy it made managing training and assessments in one place. The platform is user-friendly, so both trainers and students can quickly find what they need without much guidance. I also appreciated the mobile functionality, which made it simple to complete assessments and upload evidence on-site. The reporting and tracking features helped keep progress organized and transparent, saving time on administration. While the mobile experience was useful overall, certain tasks were easier to complete on a desktop. new users may require extra training to fully understand all features and processes within the system but that could be driven from a the company user side

Very good. From the initial contact with the Sales team who were happy to negotiate our package through to the onboarding and ongoing support - al included in the fee. There is very little else to pay (unless you want Cloud Assess staff to upload your material, then there is a modest fee).

Pros

It is a complete package that will fulfill our needs for both and LMS and SMS. V very modern program designed by experienced educators. Cloud Assess are very responsive with support and are constantly upgrading the platform.

Cons

At times I don't find some of the functions particularly intuitive. However, there is great support with Help, Online tutorials and account coach mentor. Once you are shown the tricks, there are countless very helpful and easy features to use.

Fantastic experience! It has been fun to learn and is very easy to use. The question and answer features make student interaction seamless. It has truly streamlined our entire training process.

Pros

Cloud Assess offers great value and security. I love the easy exam creation, file management, and student-teacher interaction. The learning curve is short thanks to a very helpful support team.

Cons

While the tool is versatile, the absence of a historical import feature for our data has been a minor hurdle. We’d love to see this functionality added to support long-term record keeping.

It has drastically cut down the compliance side of my job and sped up creating assessment tasks. The auto marking feature has cut down marking immensley.

Pros

Its ease of integration with mapping and creating TAMs for you. The online help feature is great....

Cons

I'm not a fan of the new layout, it has created extra work in some areas e.g releasing tasks, setting due dates etc now can't be done to the whole intake as it was before, it only applies it to the students visible on screen if there are multiple pages you have to go to each page and apply changes.

Positive, great support, our client support manager has been very proactive and his assistance in learning the system has been good.

Pros

The power of this platform to streamline your RTO not only with a choice of auto marked or assessor marked assessments, but the Avetmiss and LMS storage as well.

Cons

As I just discovered, I a user already has a profile with another Cloud Assess client, you cannot use their phone number in your system, however, you can use their email address. Minor hassle, and no real issue once you are aware of it. It just means that you don't have all their contact details on their user profile.

It's been great as both an assessor and learner. I used Cloud Assess when I was a frontline worker and it was easy to get into and now as an assessor.

Pros

The way that tests and assessments are set up in the system. It's hard to give the students blank or new attempts at the tests.

Cons

Resetting failed attempts for tests. I've struggled to understand the difference between blanks and duplicates.

Continual growth in the platform and the options to use, ease of use, constant support, open to new ideas

Table structures in the assessment tools from student perspective hard to fill in and they cant see what they had put in the field as they type

Overall a positive experience, especially compared to other LMS. Having full control over our content, how it is displayed and where is a benefit. Customer service and support is usually fast and efficient and any issues fixed quickly.

Pros

clean integration with our SMS, customer service, ease of use for all users - admin, trainers, students. Being able to have full control over our content and editing when needed.

Cons

often integration fails. 2 way integration would be so useful. Sometimes navigation, editing etc is very confusing - going around in circles to get to where you need to be. Journey view - this would benefit from having the units listed against the assessments and the outcome of units/assessments eg if a unit is marked CT, you cannot see this from Journey view.

Overall experience is satusfying when you have a customer support team to resolve the issues quickly.

Pros

The user friendly structure is the key aspect. Easy to navigate and simple to operate as a student. As a developer, resources can be made interactive and customised branding makes it look even better

Cons

The Resources folder. This is still a barrier that one cannot copy and paster the resoiurces folder or move it from one place to another.

Good, the support team is excellent. \[sensitive content hidden\] is really quick to respond to queries and isn't afraid to admit she doesn't know the answer and that someone else will have to help. She is friendly and efficient.

Pros

Ease of navigation and activity building tools. The newer functions in the activity building make it easier to create a more interactive experience for our students. The support team is excellent and prompt.

Cons

still needs work with some of the functions. e.g. logbooks not being able to duplicate these and amend them.
