"CA feedback"

**Overall:** It has drastically cut down the compliance side of my job and sped up creating assessment tasks. The auto marking feature has cut down marking immensley.

**Pros:** Its ease of integration with mapping and creating TAMs for you. The online help feature is great....

**Cons:** I'm not a fan of the new layout, it has created extra work in some areas e.g releasing tasks, setting due dates etc now can't be done to the whole intake as it was before, it only applies it to the students visible on screen if there are multiple pages you have to go to each page and apply changes.

"Great LMS overall"

**Overall:** Overall a positive experience, especially compared to other LMS. Having full control over our content, how it is displayed and where is a benefit. Customer service and support is usually fast and efficient and any issues fixed quickly.

**Pros:** clean integration with our SMS, customer service, ease of use for all users - admin, trainers, students. Being able to have full control over our content and editing when needed.

**Cons:** often integration fails. 2 way integration would be so useful. Sometimes navigation, editing etc is very confusing - going around in circles to get to where you need to be. Journey view - this would benefit from having the units listed against the assessments and the outcome of units/assessments eg if a unit is marked CT, you cannot see this from Journey view.
