Customer Support

Comments: This product has been nothing but trouble since we got in a year ago. If more that 10 tables are open at a time the program freezes, terminals don't communicate with each other often, etc. We end up on the phone with Tech Support at least once a week and only one of the reps there has a clue what they are doing.
