Manual and and automatic functions, easy traceability during working. Cons Often happen complication in case of full capacity using. The fresh done slide using is not allowed (we must waiting for totally drying of mountain medium). Sometimes the automatic system cannot recognize the real tissue therefore we need to add many focus point. Pros Aperio provides a high resolution scans and digital storage of slides without worrying about the storage of slides which may lose staining over time. Cons Aperio is not very available in research centers and to researchers. It is more available on clinical centers. I was able to scan multiple slides in a very time efficient manner. Cons I was not able to use aperio for fluorescence slides. Fluorescent scanning would be a great addition to Aoerio.
