"All the support with no bloat"

Overall: Overall my experience with Ticksy is great. It's nice to be able to respond to tickets so quickly and move through the day with ease. Ticksy makes customer service a breeze.

Pros: It's very easy to use and has everything you need. No extra bells and whistles or bloat like other ticketing apps. Very intuitive.

Cons: At times I wish there was more functionality, but to be honest Ticksy does what it does well because of there not being so much bloat.
