Our overall experience with Gold-Vision CRM has been excellent. It’s made managing client relationships and projects across different areas of the business straightforward and reliable. The whole team find it intuitive and beneficial, which is no small feat for a CRM. Combined with outstanding, fast, and friendly support from the Gold-Vision team, it’s become an indispensable tool for our business. Highly recommended.

Pros

What stands out most about Gold-Vision is how easy it is for our entire business to manage projects and client information across multiple arms of the company. Where CRMs often feel like a chore, our wider team actually find value in using it — several even said it's by far the best CRM they've worked with. The reporting functions are excellent, making it effortless to stay informed and up to date. The recent update to the home screen has made the user experience even better, and we’re really looking forward to the upcoming feature for bulk widget updates. On top of the software itself, the Gold-Vision team are fantastic — super responsive, helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. Our account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] is brilliant, and \[sensitive content hidden\] are consistently key in supporting us with queries and quotations.

Cons

My only critique was around the original home screen functionality, but this has recently been updated and has genuinely improved the platform’s usability. It’s difficult to fault it now.

Fantastic throughout. The support team are fantastic and get back to you quickly whenever you have any questions or concerns.

Pros

The system is easy to navigate and use. The system can also be customised to suite specific needs which we found really helpful.

Cons

When copy quoting the details from the first quote pull through (i dont think this use to happen) now you have to remove those details to add in the correct contact. Potential risk of sending a quote addressed to the wrong person.

My overall experience using with Gold-Vision CRM has been ok, moreso with the help of our success manager. There are quite a few areas of improvement needed as the company grows and requirements change. as it stands its not 100% fit for purpose. The actual platform itself could do with a sprucing up to make it more visually appealing, when looking at the likes of Monday, Salesforce etc.

Pros

Customer support in relation to our client manager makes it much better to maneuver. Email are responded to promptly and efficiently and solutions are reached with advice on how to utilise platform in accordance to company needs. In comparison to others Gold-Vision is good value for money.

Cons

The user interface can be quite difficult and not straight forward. The usage of communication tools on the platform is not always fit for purpose and looks like there will need to be further developments made (potentially backend) to help us reach out goals.

Collaborative work with the team at Goldvision has been an absolute pleasure. They are responsive, helpful and friendly and always extremely patient when working with a busy business like ours. I highly recommend the team and the software.

Pros

It brings together in one easy to use platform tender and client management along with the ability to monitor all aspects of the bid department. It makes reporting to senior managers so much easier. After the initial period the software is really easy and saves me time.

Cons

As yet there is nothing in Gold-Vision CRM that I do not like. The system is user friendly and very easy to work with.

Great - super helpful and the product is a great central hub for our team

Pros

Amazing support - GV are always super quick at helping me enquiries and finding ways to help us use the product better. Also like how easy it is to see key metrics on my dashboard, love logging in to see how our sales and KPIs are doing each day

Cons

Not much. I did take a bit of time to get used to how contacts are set up as we mostly engage with customers on an account level. I do wish as a marketer there was easier ways of linking GV with some external products without having to use zapier etc as we don't currently use that.

It can be quite hard to setup and time consuming, but once you get there you can make it work for you.

My overall experience has been wonderful like I said I've only been using this with my company for about 6 months or so but it's been amazing and how we have been able to turn around are business model and actually eliminate a job to provide more financial for different areas of our department

I liked that they cater to small business and you're not so lost in all the features of this product and it makes you feel real efficiently able to run a business

Cons

Twilight police was the ability to just be caught up in the amount of features but like I said if you're unable to narrow down what you need and not use some of you're not forced to use all the pictures so don't feel like you have to

Really good, we have been using GV for a number of years and it has served us well over our growth and constant changes. We have reviewed our options after a few years to see if it was still the best option and we decided to stick with GV as it met all of our needs and the main pro was the customer service, Both \[sensitive content hidden\] have been incredible to deal with.\[sensitive content hidden\] has been very supportive and knowledgeable though any issue I have.\[sensitive content hidden\] within the support team is also a dream to talk to.

Pros

Generally easy to use and implement with users, it has all of the features you could want from a CRM at a good price.

Releasing features that don't work correctly.

Goldvision is helping us to keep a track of all of our customer contact and complaints. It allows us to to open tickets and follow the tickets through to resolution. The email tracking system is great so you can view all of the email contacts for each ticket at once. It allows us to add any photos or notes to view on each ticket and also integrates with our phone system outbound to leave call notes. This allows for a detailed investigation for each ticket and all of the tools we need to complete a thorough investigation through to a resolution. It also allows us to tag individual products and issues leading to more detailed and easily accessible reporting.

Pros

Integrated with our business easily and is now a go-to function for us in Customer Care. We use this regularly every day and is now used as our CRM for all customer contact with us. The ticketing system is excellent and the integration allows you to track your emails via the ticket reference to keep a record of all contact for each ticket. There is also a dashboard function which helps you to monitor and analyse incoming tickets and trends to report on.

Cons

There are still some more advanced features I would like to see from Goldvision in the future. This would include more advanced reporting for tickets, particularly for our Customer Care aspect and further integration with some of the other platforms we use would prove very handy too.

Goldvision was the best overall package for us in taking the next steps towards a better CRM. Competitive pricing and the functions to help multiple departments use it such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Care. From the Customer Experience perspective, any initial doubts I had were quickly removed by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] who dealt with onboarding us and we are now functioning quicker and more efficiently as a Customer Care department since the move.

Our account manager has been on hand every step of our upgrade process and provided plenty of support and training in setting up GoldVision 8 CRM. The system is clean and easy to use, has allowed us to simplify some of our internal processes and create easy to view dashboard charts of key information.

Pros

We use GoldVision 8 CRM for all aspects of our customer management, sales processes (website lead qualification, quote generation and opportunity progression) and support ticketing. The system is very intuitive to use, provide good functionality ‘out of the box’, but also allows easy customization to match our internal processes.

Cons

A few of our business specific processes cannot be set up in the system, although most areas can be re-configured easily or via additional customization.

Its ease of use and the fact the team are so easy to get hold of for any support enquiries our team may have

Cons

We're struggling slightly with getting the Sage configuration to send relevant information over to crm, I think we'll need some training on this.

Customer service!! We had three companies pitch to us, and Gold-Vision was the only one to come and see us in person.... which made the system much easier to understand and we knew we would have hands-on help if needed (which we always have!) Your system is really good.... but it was your customer service that made our decision extremely easy!

Exciting, Technical & Efficient

Pros

The user interface has a simplicity to it where the user can view the basic needs for their work flow. Anything from account look up to order processing can be viewed within a few clicks. The different views provided for the business related object types (Accounts, Orders, Contacts) make it easy to go through the entire customer database. It's very user friendly and takes almost no time to learn.

Cons

This software is so good that there's not really a least favorite list. Just a feature list, if we could change the pop out so that there's only one feature I could request. A right click "Open Link in New Tab" addition. Everything else is so user friendly that there is nothing that I could say I like least.

Gold Vision has provided us with a 360 degree view of our ongoing customer and prospective customer interactions. With full visibility is it easy to see at a glance what is going on from full sales pipeline viewing right down to the notes captured within an opportunity.

Pros

The fact that just about every aspect of it is customizable. With the help of a very talented and conscientious team at GV we were able to re-create our entire project workflow system within Gold Vision with a seamless integration. The ability to easily navigate it is incredible, it's a very intuitive system.

Cons

It's inability at this time to interface with LinkedIn, although this may have changed or may be integrated at some point.

Reason for choosing Gold-Vision CRM

The people we were working with at GV and the fact that they LISTENED to our needs which led to them develop a product that well exceeded our expectations. We worked with the same team from demo all the way through to implementation and training - I have never had and experience like that in the past.

The gold-vision team have not only been so helpful throughout the implementation of our CRM system but our support tickets have always been quickly addressed in a professional and friendly way. Our teams use the CRM system for marketing campaigns, sales leads, customer account management and email tracking as well as complaints handling and communication within the wider teams but most importantly us, gold-vision created a bespoke customer portal to allow our customers complete access to their account information including managing their contacts details, billing and shipping information, raising support tickets and even ordering our products, which has been vital to the every day success of our business.

Pros

Gold-vision has been flexible right from the start of our CRM integration, which is something that was key to us as we are part of a very unique industry. The integration with our software was smooth and despite having lots of bespoke items in our current software that could cause issues, the gold-vision team have found ways to marry the two systems harmoniously.

Cons

Nothing as yet although we have been using the CRM system for a while I feel like there is a lot more that we can learn to properly utilise it!

Having used Gold-Vision for 8 years for CRM and pre-sales management, we have now implemented a number of post-sales processes, such as project management and Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). The team at Gold-Vision have been excellent in understanding our needs and working with our team to implement the features we need to develop our business.

Pros

Automation of workflow - automatically setting up opportunities/quotes/projects with key activities means our team can start working directly. Customisation - we are able to develop UI design, dashboard, reports, etc. that enable users to tailor the system to their individual working practices whilst maintaining corporate processes. Third-party integration - we have integrated our system with SharePoint to provide direct interaction between documentation and contacts/activities. Marketing - we are able to directly create, monitor and report on e-marketing activities against specific customer/prospect groups or by product/service.

Cons

We currently have no issues with Gold-Vision.

Pros

The CRM is flexible and easy to amend once it has been created. The training is key and very useful- for us we have had an amazing project manager \[sensitive content hidden\] that has support us with any questions and always answers us straight away. We are happy with the CRM so far and looking forward to continue to build the system to suit our business.

We haven't found any cons with the CRM- anything that hasn't worked for us our project manager found a solution to it.

From the start of the discussions to full implimentation, GV has been great. My experiance with GV has been really good, and i would highly recommend.

Pros

GV is so easy to use, everything about the system is good, especially the reporting.

Cons

Nothing to say here, because the system is actually designed for your needs, if you have something to complain about, thats because yo didnt think of it before going live ;)

I chose GV thanks to Jiggy at the very start of discussion, the inital call and then teams meeting was enlightening. others were just trying to make a sale, Jiggy actuallydiscussed the product in depth, then asked me what I actually wanted to achieve from a CRM, I now have a system that works like my brain, sounds odd i know, but they have designed the system to work as I want it too. Rohan Yousaf came to my office last week and re-trained us, we have now made slight changes thanks to his input.

Our customer database is held and manged in Gold-Vision. We couldn't do without it.

Pros

We have used Gold-Vision for 10 years now and like the fantastic support and the ease of use. The webinars are really useful and the online chat very good.

Cons

We don't use Gold-Vision to it's full potential because of problems we have integrating with our Accounts system (Exchequer) and our Email provider (IBM Notes). The parts of Gold-Vision we are using are great.

Reason for choosing Gold-Vision CRM

At the time it was one of two which integrated with Exchequer. It doesn't actually fully integrate but at the time it was the best of any other CRMs we looked at.

It well worth the investment. Gold-Vision are very good at support, training and webinars. So anything you don't understand can be easily understood!

Pros

Its a great way for multiple people, who all work remotely to access a single database where everything is stated and clear. The way the quote numbers, quote templates and the whole sales process is covered, has really helped us improve our overall efficiency. The email and calendar tracking is a useful feature and is a super way of gathering information. We really like the email marketing side of the software, which is something as a company is new to us. Since having Gold-Vision we have been able to send out multiple marketing emails a month to push our name and products further than ever before.

Cons

Before we updated to 8.0 the software was a little confusing and tricky to use. That said, the new version is far easier, with a colour coded approach its visually simpler.

Excellent, so easy to use as an admin and edition 8 is really intuitive for our users, who have given nothng but good feedback about the new UI. Support is excellent and there is always help at hand, plus all the Gold Vision contacts that I have are extremely helpful and friendly.

Pros

There is so much scope for admministrators to learn and implement configuration themselves which makes it so much easier to tweak and personalise to the business.

Cons

Some of the search functionality can jump about on the lists and it's a bit frustrating but I understand it is a bug that is undergoing a fix.

Pros

they have come along way with the ease of using the product , however its a crm and like everything else you get out what you put in

Cons

Amusingly as a CRM and Marketing tool they go against industry practice and essentially encourage you to Phish emails from another domain as they don't have ability to create a sub domain (like most companies use) for emailing marketing purposes without losing all functionality and control for that domain. i.e if you own the domain mycompany.com they want you to create a new domain similar for sending out marketing emails - isnt this want phishing is - Crazy and to think you have to pay for the pleasure !! Also dont hold your breath for support or your account manager to get back to you unless you chase and chase and chase and chase !!

Also, using dedicated mailing domains is common practice, protects your primary domain from potential blacklisting and not related to phishing. Using GV allows the management team to keep on top of all of the leads, quotes, and live projects easily. From a marketing functionality, we use the integrated platform which syncs with the main CRM and records all marketing activity against the account/contact. In terms of synchronisation this is great as everything is in one place including all email correspondence with the contact.

Pros

Ease of use. After managing the transition from GV7 to GV8 for the team, I can honestly say I couldn't have done it without the support of the team at GV. They have responded to every single query raised within at least 24 hours.

Cons

The alerting and automation is a bit tricky but as with anything new it just takes a bit of practice to understand how it works.

5\* Experience. Implementing Gold Vision was probably the best business decision I've made in the last 12 months.

Pros

I have been using GV for around 12 months now and it has genuinely had a transformational impact on our business. The setup process (implementation and customization) was incredibly straightforward and led by GV's friendly team. We started seeing improved results almost instantly compared to previous solutions. Gold Vision CRM is now an integral part of our business operations and I would highly recommend it. Two best things about Gold Vision from our point of view; 1. Customer service is outstanding - The team is very responsive and great at helping us get the most out of the system 2. There is so much to discover - We are probably only using around 30% of the capability of the system right now and are getting huge value from it. There are so many facets to the system that you can constantly be unlocking new areas for better performance, automation and analysis.

Cons

Haven't come across anything we are unhappy with yet.
