It is the best for Java Desktop, Web Application, Library software licensing. Provides almost all required licensing tools.
Good documentation, examples, videos, fast and good support.

And as a paid service, i have spend several amount of US dollars to have the ALGAS up and running but all to no avail.
The huge problem is to use this software in fast time.
Their is no really good how to and no step by step way. This makes it extremly hard to use this software fast and uncomplicated.

Overall: I have purchase the ALGAS (Server), however i could not be able to use the application fully as i suppose due to the fact that it does not fall alongside with support service from hosting company. And as a paid service, i have spend several amount of US dollars to have the ALGAS up and running but all to no avail. despite this the License4J company did a lot effort to ensure that my product license has been hosted and managed on the Online-License4j server. Thanks to the support team. A big thank you to Mr Mehmet Yilmaz for his relentlessness support to ensure that My software License is Manage by License4J.
"Best Java Software Licensing Tool"
Overall: It has a feature rich gui tool to generate and manage licenses. There are many different license types and each has lots of features. Very easy to integrate; there are many examples for each license type. It will not take more than a few hours to add licensing to your software and start selling.
Pros: Very easy to use. Quickly integrate into my Java software.
"Customer service does not respond to queries"
Pros: Ease of use, and the SDK is quite easy to use to do validation. Good examples are given. Supports most of the common licensing requirements
Cons: Installed the linux version into Mac and Ubuntu machine, none of them worked. Only the windows installer works. Reached out to the support email, but none have responded.

Overall: License Manager can generate many different license types, and there are many options for each license type. It easy to use and integrate into our software product. Many examples are available in download package even some quick start examples which can be directly used to integrate. Support is very quick with e-mail.

Overall: The libraries work like a charm, are well documented and are easy to integrate into existing projects. We have been using them for a year and so far so good. The support is fast, efficient and what we liked the most, open to enhancements and user suggestions.
