La versione ante2022 era facile intuitiva veloce. Quella attuale molto meno. La assistenza clienti inesistente. Nonostante tentativi durati mesi di contatti e discussione.

Pros

La prima versione era molto comoda e intuitiva quella attuale molto meno. L'idea e le funzioni del software sono e rimangono valide e molto utili al lavoro quotidiano dell'insegnante. Ma l'usabilità di questa seconda versione (online dal 2022 circa) è di gran lunga peggiore della precedente

Cons

L'assistenza clienti. Dopo 10 anni di utilizzo (e aver diffuso lo strumento tra scuole e colleghi) decido di non acquistare piu il servizio. Scarico le domande ma le immagini non hanno la funzione di "download massivo". Chiamo e chiedo un backup. Risposta: è una "funzionalità non disponibile". 1200 immagini inserite in 10 anni di lavoro andate in fumo. Nessuna forma di aiuto/supporto/mediazione. ZERO!

I have been using Questbase since 2015 or 2016 and it does provide a great platform for quizzes.

Pros

It provides a great platform for quizzes.

Cons

MY SILVER PLAN GIVES UNLIMITED ASSESSMENT BUT I HAVE TO HAND MAKE SOME OF THE CERTIFICATES. To be able to have the space to upload more certificates I would have to purchase a more expensive plan. I only have a few certificates to add (3 to be exact ) and it would be nice to open a few GB so that I do not have to manually make them. 1 or 2 certificate did not come over with the new platform, but currently I only need to add 3 certificates.

I loved it the first years, after the update I'm starting to look for new programs. It's just not user friendly anymore.

Pros

It is easy for my students to use, and for me to be able to create and send.

Cons

The older version was much more user friendly to use when creating assessments and pulling data. The new version is so very hard to use.

I solve part of my marking duties.

Pros

What I like most is that it corrects and marks students’ performances quickly.

Cons

The new version is less user-friendly than the previous one. For example, instead of clicking just one button to check only the wrong answers (previous version) you need now to make a long series of operations.

Just a tool I needed. Helps me save a lot of my time. Once I have gathered question base, I can produce any test I need in no time.

Pros

Ease to gather and organise your question base, Ease to prepare both on paper and online tests.

Cons

Happened that the server was down when I needed to give an online test to my students, but in most cases, everything works.

I needed an online testing system that would instantly grade, provide a nice looking test result that could be printed and automated.

Pros

The ease in setting up the test. The way the test results are delivered immediately to the student and are clear, large font and good design.

Cons

The pricing. Unless you are on an annual plan, the monthly rate is overpriced and does not have an auto renew. Each month I have to go back in and reorder. It doesn’t store credit card information either for my payments. This piece needs to be updated for both automation and pricing.

It’s fine, I’ll probably continue to use it.

Pros

Easy way to have students self assess in a flipped classroom model. Instant feedback helps students know where they stand. Once questions are added to the program options are available to have them randomly drawn for each assessment, that means they students can retest and when they do they likely will get some new questions.

Cons

It’s clunky to add questions and not all that intuitive. It’s also much more expensive than it was. In the past, before last year, pricing was similar but there was an educator pricing option that dropped the price by over half.

Reasons for choosing QuestBase

It was already in use when I took over the class

good until update. AWFUL after, no assistance, skyrocketing prices, confusing update. they managed to make something that worked

they have succeeded in an update to destroy good software

Cons

TERRIBLE after the update, confusing, the folders and questions are arranged in no order. Difficult to find questionnaires and questions. inexplicable the price increase at a time when schools, in the Covid period, needed it. UNFAIR

Regarding the usability of the new software, we work daily and release weekly updates aimed at improving the user experience. Obviously, the new software is different in terms of both the interface and the technology used. If you have constructive suggestions on how to improve, you can write them to us at sales@fidenia.com. On the other hand, regarding the price list, we would like to point out that compared to the previous official price list, the annual prices of Bronze and Silver licenses have decreased by 27%. Pessima, mi trovo con una banca dati di test che mi è costato fatica costruire e nel pieno delle verifiche da fare sono senza funzionalità del mio account. La scuola non riesce a mettersi in contatto con l'amministratore del portale per proceder all'acquisto della nuova licenza. dAVVERO pessima ESPERIENZA

Ottimo per test scolastici, affidabile per testare le reali competenze degli studenti

Cons

Non è assolutamente possibile contattare gli amministratori quindi, in caso di problemi o disservizi, non si ha un interlocutore immediato. visto l'alto costo del prodotto questo è un grossissimo limite

We are are giving up on this horrible new platform. We have been GOLD customers since 2015 but this ends. NO support for the inoperable updated version. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE Suggest anyone considering Questbase LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Cons

The new Questbase is non operative, with absolutely NO replies from the "Support" staff. Did you go out of business, or are you simply ignoring a monthlong effort to reach you for support ? I suggest to anyone reading this LOOK ELSEWHERE
