Pros Absolutely the kind of meetings i have with Convene are so much convenient with quality video. It has a strong internet connection making virtual meeting good to conduct. I also use this software to manage meetings and this saves ne time to do other things. Cons I don't have any dislikes with this platform because it does the work well and i can communicate freely with clients who are far from me with Convene and come to an understanding. In addition, the ability to collaborate on documents during virtual meetings using Convene’s integrated voting option has significantly reduced miscommunication issues. As a result, decisions are much clearer, more aligned and ultimately better-documented. Pros Convene runs very well during all types of meetings - and especially during meeting votes; we can finalize votes on decisions as soon as possible, without wasting too much time. Convene’s anonymous ballot option allow us to provide input that is much more sincere than if we had to identify ourselves, therefore it will be noticed by others. In addition to this, we utilize the review room for collaborating on documents. It has been greatly beneficial for us to be able to leave comments on documents, highlight items and/or make annotations on them collectively. Also, there is an embedded laser pointer option within Convene that has proven to be extremely useful for pointing to important data during our presentations. Cons At first, the interface was somewhat overwhelming; however, the customer service team was quick to respond and after we made some adjustments to the user interface and provided a number of personalization options, we were able to significantly simplify the experience. When I have an issue or a question the response is always prompt and the platform is really usable and useful. Better than another platform with which I have more experience. Pros I like the Agenda building as it is really simple but effective, the ability to write notes which you can then transport into Minutes, the review rooms for minute review, and the surveys function. Cons The layout of the Minutes template is a bit clunky to adjust. We have had this discussion with our account manager so they are aware. So overall it's a good product with good support. Pros Convene is simple to use. I like that it's a secure way to send papers and access can be restricted for individuals. Everything is well-organised and thought of. Cons Convene would be better if the action log was better integrated into the meeting pack - i.e. if the the action log could be generated as a paper which could be automatically included in the pack - and if the action details weren't lost when you bring them forward into the next meeting (currently I do not use the action log for these reasons).
