Permits easy refunds were there are problems with the machines. Easy to use for most users. Pros Intuitive photocopying management on shared copiers. The instruction order is logical and it allows simple upload of credit, management of print queues and adjustments before jobs are finally released. Very easy to integrate with cloud storage of documents in One Drive. Balances on account update immediately. Cons No obvious cons! The graphics could be updated to be more contemporary is the only thing I can find to comment on here. The reliability of the system has been excellent. Pros PaperCut gives us total control over the management of our print fleet. With our increased focus on sustainability the monitoring tools and environmental impact data have been especially useful. Toner level data and error reporting help our support team keep on top of daily maintenance. End users have no problems navigating the printer interface and make use of all the features. Cons Having used PaperCut for many years there is nothing negative that immediately comes to mind. Continued updates have improved the usability and features on offer. It is intuitive to use and alongside their support documentation is a simple product to setup, edit and administrate. Cons The product seems to be best in a single domain environment as by default users are authenticated via username prefix and in a multi-user domain this can cause issues. Pros O Papercut é um excelente software para gestão de impressões no ambiente corporativo. Com ele é possível gerenciar e controlar as impressões, o que pode resultar em economia para a empresa e também menos papel no meio ambiente. É possível ainda criar cotas e administrar diversos perfis de usuários, de acordo com suas necessidades. Possui também a geração de relatórios e análise, sendo possível estabelecer políticas dentro da organização. Cons A maior dificuldade se dá na implementação inicial, demandando suporte técnico especializado. Apesar de muito prático na utilização, a instalação e configuração é um tanto específica, impedindo que usuários iniciantes tenha êxito.
