Simplest interface and shortest learning curve of several LMS programs we looked at. We like it.

Pros

Very user-friendly; simple interface makes it easy for end-users to navigate the system. Feature-rich; makes organization relatively simple. Love the reporting feature.

Cons

Difficult to restrict and alter course access based on individual program needs.

Pros

I like the ease of use and the ability to design and generate quick reports. Customer service is pretty good too.

Cons

Their help guides all need to get updated. And any downtime with the server or system should be reported as quickly as possible to all customers because it is crucial to their and our business

Pros

The delegate is extremely responsive and did not squander my time with pointless attempts to sell something. it got specifically to what my necessities were and sent me the course index to survey.

Cons

I might want for there to be an approach to take our clients in LMS from a module then straightforwardly into our center framework to process exchanges that we just went over in the module, making it somewhat more active. There might even be an approach to do this and we don't know about it.

Litmos is a great tool to effectively onboard employees, update teams on new standards and protocols, and overall efficiently teach information.

Pros

Litmos is a solid LMS program that serves our need well. The dashboard and aesthetics are good, its easy to use, and I have found that it has allowed for a lot of easy team learning. We can go through the different lesson plans efficiently and get the team onboarded quickly.

Cons

It seems that the customer support is lacking somewhat in helpfulness, not prompt at response time. Otherwise, I don't have any complaints!

Pros

Cons

No issues or cons noted with the product.

Great looking website with lots of features.

Cons

Report results are acceptable for typical user but advanced users should have access to all data in some sort of format so they can arrange the information as they need it. Tech support is in work on that issue already.

Pros

I love how user friendly it is for both the admins and the users.

Cons

It seems a little expensive at first glance but the Litmos team is willing to negotiate in order to help companies find the right fit.

We demo'd 4 other LMS platforms and content and this one was by far the best for the money.

Pros

From the platform, safety content and continued support, the buying experience has been very fruitful. We go live next week and we're super stoked to show the rest of the company.

Cons

What was offered by the salesman and what was contracted was slightly different. Need to track every feature from demo to contract signing to ensure each of them comes as promised. Lesson learned.

Litmos offered more in terms of course development tools, storage capacity, reporting capability, and ease of use than any other product we looked at. From the sales staff to the helpdesk, everyone is cheerfully supportive, quick to respond, and the questions get answers. It integrates with Salesforce seamlessly.
