Litmos scales and is a learning tool for my employees. Nothing is better than seeing growth thanks to Litmos.

Cons

Litmos has the best customer service but I was intimidated with the multiple options on the website.

We use Litmos as our main LMS, issuing and following up training within our technical operations. The best thing about Litmos is the self explaining interface for the users of the LMS. The "courses to do"-list and the way Litmos keeps track of compliance is great.

Pros

The site is amazing it allows you to customize it to your brand and our employees enjoy it. It's easy to use, has a checklist feature, great support, and has a beautiful design.

Cons

The different level of permissions are pretty broad. I would like to be able to give specific permissions, i.e. the ability to edit passwords, to others without having to change their role.

Pros

The representative was very responsive and did not waste my time with useless sales pitches. She got directly to what my needs were and sent me the course catalogue to review.

Cons

Unfortunately the courses are not relevant to our specific line of engineering work, and we already have an LMS that covers our human resources compliance and soft skill professional development needs.

The system is very user friendly and the staff at Litmos is knowledgeable and helpful. The ability to create checklists in the system is a plus for training our team and we love the ability to create our own content and upload or use the system to help create content.

Cons

We are new to the product and I there isn't anything I don't like at this time.

My company uses this tool to share important training for different teams across the company, this tool makes it easy to get the training available for a big group of people so each can complete it on their own time

It was confusing to see some other training on the sidebar that I didn't really have access to, but I can still see is available

We certainly got up to speed quickly and were able to do an online/ILT training with 30 participants within 2 weeks of turning on the software.

Cons

Questions asked of our onboarding team were not answered in a timely fashion. We still have an outstanding need that has not been met.

I like the ease of use for those who are just introducing an LMS into their company. It also offers a ton of features for the experienced user.

Cons

The updates to the product were slow when they were purchased by a larger company. Recently, they are back on track and really putting some useful tools on the site.

Litmos has a very intuitive and user-friendly interface. We love the smart phone app too. The cost is affordable. Also, they provide prompt technical support--usually within couple hours a response is received.

Cons

I wish there is bulk import function for importing course evaluations and certificates.

Pros

Great to use to communicate with students. The ability to upload documents and easily provide feedback streamlines tasks for teachers and the customer service reps are very helpful!

Cons

The reports need to include more features like time tracking and attachable documents for what I am trying to do.

Pros

There is no technical back end to get everything set up, its just buttons to push and drag and drop features.

Cons

Not really any cons, only thing I could think of would be how basic a set up it looks did turn me away at first and may feel a little juvenile to outside customers

It's very unorganized and does not work for multiple levels of internal and external groups. No way to organize curriculums.

The system is extremely user friendly for the end user and administrators. It is customizable allowing us to brand it to our needs.

Cons

The system condenses trainings down once uploaded making them difficult to view. To work around this we have made trainings longer or had to place them in the additional references.
