Comments: Lots of "pros"! We've been using Head Light Talent for almost 3 years, and it has been a great way to ensure that everyone in the company has a clear set of SMART objectives that are aligned with organisational goals. We use the system at regular 1:1 coaching sessions between employees and their managers to monitor progress, provide feedback, and to ensure that the objectives are updated and are relevant. We also use it for annual reviews to provide two-way feedback on performance and to ensure that everyone has a personal development plan.

The support team at Head Light are always helpful and very responsive, and any suggestions for system enhancements are always considered and often incorporated into new releases.

The only "con" has been that the UI has sometimes been described as somewhat "clunky" by some of our users, but the new UI is due to be released soon, which should address those concerns.

Comments: Head Light provides great products, but also great business psychology based consulting to help us implement them for the greatest impact. Our organisation is complex and they have helped us simplify and harmonise what we do.

The team is very responsive to our needs and works as a partner to achieve the business outcomes we are looking for.

I'm happy to recommend them to others thinking of implementation talent management strategies and their strength is that are very business outcome focussed.

Comments: Head Light helped us to make sure that we were going to be on track for the outcomes we were looking for. They acted as a `critical friend' with just the right amount of challenge and support. Their product has been well received in the business ' we have been using it for many years now ' and plan to continue to do so.

Their Helpdesk support team are always on hand and helpful and we value their insight into what really works in organisations.

Comments: The solution was implemented very quickly within the organisation going from a paper based labour intensive process to a much more modern, engaging experience. Adapting to a hosted software service and changing bespoke processes had it's challenges but 12 months on we have fully embraced the shift. Feedback from our management community has been really positive so far.
