It provides an organized and effective way to manage employee benefit enrollment and integrates well with systems like Paylocity. Although the website can be slow at times, it remains a reliable tool for benefits administration. Pros I appreciate that bswift streamlines employee benefit enrollment and integrates seamlessly with HRIS systems such as Paylocity, which helps improve accuracy and efficiency in benefits administration. Cons I dislike that bswift’s website can be slow and occasionally unresponsive, which can delay benefit administration tasks and impact overall efficiency. Review Source NM Noah M. It makes benefits enrollment so much easier that I can't believe it isn't this easier everywhere else. Pros I like that bswift integrates very well with our other programs, and it makes benefits administration much easier for both employee and employer. Cons I can't say that there is anything that I dislike about bswift. I have not encountered something I can even think of to complain about. Up to 3.5 mins of say this, enter this, confirm what you entered, now enter this, confirm, now enter this, confirm, then state your name, then when agent responds she again validates your name and info. Ughhhh Pros polite and courteous staff; polite and courteous staff; polite and courteous staff; polite and courteous staff Cons I am now on the 3rd case and 8 calls to try and get resolution on my cobra application. A lot of wasted time! In all fairness it seems the company that was providing my covg was very tardy on these matters. Pros The most impactful feature if the benefit admin feature. The employee enrollment and EDI feed between providers. Cons The products has been implemented for a couple of years. The software has streamlined benefit enrollment, ongoing changes, new hires and ACA. Pros Configurability - able to accommodate complex benefit and contribution structures. You can also apply wellness credits. Cons Ask Emma - I am not a big fan of the avatar. Perhaps at somepoint Emma will transition to a more AI experience. Review Source Aimee F. I appreciate that it organizes ACCURATE benefits information including all the plan summaries, costs, and even invoices from providers. You can literally audit it all right there for accuracy. Cons At one organization where I consulted, there was a separate log-in for this system, separate payroll, and others. It gets ridiculously time consuming to be moving between systems all day long. In the other organization where I consulted, the log-in was built into the existing HRIS/Payroll system (PayCor), so it saved a step. Review Source RM Ryan M. Our customers love that we can offer them such a great tool at a low price. Pros We have switched to this program a few years back. It handles all elections very well. Our customers love the customization and the ability to report. Cons We are unable to pull in our time and payroll deductions to this platform. The reporting functionalities are also nice Cons Too large for smaller sized groups. Even for our 75 Employee groups, sometimes the breadth of the software was overwhelming. Cons Your software does not recognize my husband's SSN and date of birth to allow him to reset his password. We're trying to do benefit enrollment from home and your customer service hours are terrible. Employees don't have time to do enrollment at work but by the time he's home, your department is closed. It’s flexible and intuitive. The team behind it is always helpful with any issues that arise. Pros Ease of use, drag and drop interface. Shallow learning curve. They have a level of service response time that is quite rapid in its turn around. Pros To state that the benefits enrollment platform is user friendly would be a gross understatement. The platform is user interactive! The software is written for maximum end user interaction that is both intuitive and engaging. The tutorial is set up like a guided tour that guides the user step by step to achieve real outcomes and without annoying sidebar simulations. They smartly even include a feature to turn the guide off for the more savvy users. Cons If I were to complain about the bswift platform I would have to said that the animation is bit staid and stiff but it does not in any way detract from the end user experience. The system is very flexible - you can customize many features to fit your needs. Cons The reporting feature is very powerful and flexible, however this is also cumbersome. The canned reports are not always what you want and to make custom reports it can be quite confusing. I usually need help from my benefits consultant to create the exact reports I need and then I use those custom reports. Review Source DD Devin D.
