I like that the implementation was super smooth and easy. It's never easy to switch providers, however, our implementation team was amazing.
I can select the modules that best suit my needs. Their method of execution is comprehensive, their follow-up is reliable, and their staff is always pleasant and helpful.
We are currently switching from Nimble(their old version) to Ximble. This system is super user friendly and on the off chance that I can't find something, the Support Staff is top notch.

Registration questions and interface are confusing and sometime not applicable. The system tries to pay them as employees and tax them the same way, etc.
Sales promised the World. Timecard approvals are meaningless because it does not prevent the timecard from being changed afterward.
From the start, our experience with PayCor has been horrible. False claims during sales.
Paycor is difficult to change/cancel/adjust time off. I struggle with the time off section and often have to just delete the PTO submitted and resubmit when there is an error.

Overall: I, personally think it’s great in my daily use of it but there are some frustrations with some of its functionality
Pros: You can tell Paycor takes your business seriously and works very hard to give what you need toy get your job done efficiently
Cons: The reporting platform is confusing and not easy to use at all. It’s disappointing. Also we have A LOT of issues with our employees using the app. They are constantly frustrated with it which makes our job so much harder.

Overall: Horrible - lack of ownership. Refusal to research data issues. Outright lies about functionality of product vs actual usage.
Pros: We truly liked our salesperson, but even they have left Paycor now.
Cons: No audit trail, no dedicated support, refusal to allow access to all support teams when we had questions, lack of connectivity in their own products

Overall: Great! Easy set up and help when needed, I love the new chat feature that makes getting help easy while continuing other work!
Pros: The designated setup team makes implementation so easy. Each department is included and thorough. The reports being able to be customizable is a great help.
Cons: During payroll weeks the time cards are slow to load we always have to do refreshes or shut the browser down and reopen
