Used the software for: ### "Pleasant Experience with Paycor" October 25, 2016 4.0 Overall the experience with Paycor has been pleasant we had a excellent sales representative (Vivivian) but we have had several customer service representatives since we have been with Payor. So it's kind of hard to establish long-term relationships. I think the reports and analytics doesn't house data fully correct. If a person changes positions it doesn't hold historical data and we have to run a ton of reports. I was reluctant at first because I thought it would be difficult and more time consuming. I was wrong! The entire process has been so easy! I can not say enough about my customer service rep-Christian Vargas! He has always been prompt and courteous and he never makes me feel as if I am asking a "stupid" question. Whenever I had any issue at all, even from my own error, the staff at Paycor has always responded quickly and ever issue is resolved. The system is so easy to use to process payroll and the reports include everything that I need for taxes and Workman's Comp audits. I am very happy that I switched to Paycor from another processor. Currently going through open enrollment and has not way to reset enrollment on a individual basis, major fail. No consistent way to send back workflow process, major fail. With our small team, there are actually a lot of features that I don't use but I can see them being useful. I am not really happy about this. The reason I use your service is to be sure payments are made and I am in compliance with the IRS Pros Ease of use, plug in the numbers and I am able to write checks the same day. Using Paycor has taken the time and worry out of doing payroll for me. Just a few clicks of the mouse and I am finished, all records are in one spot and staff support is great if I ever have any questions! Making the change to Paycor was one of the best decisions ever made at my workplace. I missed one quarter reporting. Staff were amazing. Helped me get it reported with no penalties. They are so responsive when I have questions, especially year-end when everything seems overwhelming. Half of our employees aren't getting texts, and those that are receive texts from a different phone number each time. I think we will opt not to use the text messaging feature. In order to download the general ledger transaction you are instructed to back up your accounting database first. This is timely and cumbersome to have to be doing this twice a month; instead, I print out the General Ledger report and manually enter my payroll transaction. Review Source TS Todd S.
