Pros Everything I mentioned above but most of all the direct deposit features as well as the time clock by web or mobile with geovalidation . Cons The cost of the software is whaf I would say I liked the least ,it was sonewhat more than other software providers .I was worth it but thats about the only dislike I can think of . The next module we hope to include is the competancy module. We appreciate this type of flexibility in the Paycor platform. Pros We currently use Paycor for their performance managment, feedback, recognition, objective setting and and career navigator tools. It has been a great resource for a full cycle performance managment system for our global, remote workforce. Cons We have used Paycor for about 3 years and they have been easy to work with. It's very simple to track hours worked, and making PTO requests are a breeze. I like the historical data for the purpose of analytics and for the purpose of getting a quick snapshot of a specific employee's journey through the organization - ie hire date, rate changes, manager changes, status changes, etc Cons its ever-changing offerings and features (or the names for them - COR and Paths and Gravity and Perform and CareerCast and SmartSourcing, etc) and how we arent able to access all the features that we are paying for - we have to call them and ask for access to them one by one. There has been a bit of a turnover with our assigned reps, but that is a struggle I think most companies are having. The program itself works well and there are even more capabilities that it can do, that I am not yet using but hope to be able to use soon. Pros I like the user view and all the options it provides to make payroll and tracking flow well. Cons The implementation was a little rough but once our reps got everything working properly, it has been great! But I can say not only am I impressed, but I actually prefer it now!! Pros It's extremely used friendly and I love the UI! It's an extremely versatile program that we use for payroll, employee benefits, tracking of both personal and employees performance, tax prep and so much more! Cons My one and only complaint was that it was initially particularly easy to navigate the benefits portions and features on Paycor. But once that was discerned, it was easy to do in subsequent years.
