### "Lies and fees, stay away."

Customer support wastes an hour each time, takes at least 45 minutes to get to someone who doesn't speak English. Then promises are made and quickly forgotten. The fees keep adding up. I had one fee that no one at could even tell me what it was for. Other fees that didn't apply to my business. I'd complain, get a promise of a credit, then get no credit. I finally left and filed a BBB complaint, which got someone's attention, and after another month of fighting got a promise of a $1200 refund, which represents the last 6 months of abuse. I was promised to get it by the end of the week. It's been over a month now, as the feet get dragged. Stay away from this company, there are legitimate payroll companies out there that will work for you.

Pros

I needed direct deposit, that happened. Seriously, that's all I can say that's good. Oh, the guy who first set me up in seemed nice, although he ignored everything I told him, I found out later.

Cons

Fees, more fees, fees they can't explain, broken promises, and customer service is horrible (and liars)

It’s been okay, I would recommend to new companies just starting out. It’s affordable and gets the basic needs done.

Pros

Ease of use, sales person was responsive, it’s a good system for basic needs and everything is together- our benefits, talent and core

Cons

Customer service lacked knowledge and not a ton of customization, needs ability to be more customer friendly

self taught, no support. you rely on customer to take all of the lessons and watch all webinars and charge for proper training. what good is buying a system if you dont get the training to use it correctly...

Pros

clocking in and out is easy, requesting time off easy. employees like the app. like expense management and storing all documents electronically

Cons

customer support. tickets take forever, support are hard to understand. often when they help they fix one thing and it breaks another. need more tax help

If we had stayed with , our growth as a company would have stalled out. We needed accurate reporting, high integrity data, account partners, etc. Paycor offered none of that and as an extra cherry on top, turned around and offered us a "solution" for our problems that would have cost us thousands.

Pros

At a bare minimum, we were able to pay our people in a timely fashion and navigate the system as best we could.

Cons

The system is not a whole unit, it's a Frankenstein made up of small tech acquisitions dating back decades. This means that there is nobody at who is a subject matter expert, and nobody knows how to fix the breakdowns in the system.

makes filing taxes easy enough and that alone has been a huge relief. Also, all my training modules are still available in the same area where my payment information resides and most importantly, no spreadsheets were harmed during the transition to Paycor. This has literally cut back 40% of the time I wasted using Excel to do things I should be doing elsewhere.

Pros

The best part about this system is that all your payroll information and employee benefit options are all in the same place. Plus, I can do this without the entire program freezing.

Cons

Nothing to dislike about it but it costs a lot to get every little integration added. I would like if the cost was lower.

Commission brokers have to be handled with accurate payroll. I apply this to make everybody paid on time which makes the employees to be handled easily.

Pros

The tax management features are simply amazing and automatically compute and submit our payroll taxes in numerous states to remote employees.

Cons

The customer care team is hard to contact when it is busy so, and it takes too many clicks to instantly fix such simple mistakes in the backend.

Overall experience was ok. With the uniqueness of our organization we require alot of data that needs to be stored as well as our extensive employee policy manual which the site had trouble storing the way we preferred

's time and attendance system was fairly easy to use and their time & attendance team was easy to work with and were helpful in resolving any issues that arrived.

Cons

There were limitations as to how much scannable data & forms can be stored on their system for employees and on the main page.

Not good at all. After we made the move to another HRIS, it was weeks and they reached out and said they noticed we had not processed payroll. We process payroll weekly. When trying to get the documents from our employee files, that was a process that could not be understood.

The customer service was less than good. The payroll portion was always an issue. It was not user-friendly.

Cons

Everything. There was nothing about the product or service that was good. From onboarding to HR & Payroll nothing wsa good.

I think that the platform is an all in one solution with single sign on for admins and employees. The Payroll and onboarding run smoothly.

We’ve several issues with the Benefits integration. The build each year for open enrollment is wrong and cause delays that impact

That i seem to learn something new every week. Reporting seemms to be getting a lot better than it was before.

Implementation was terrible. I hate when they do updates and things change and we dont realize the change til something doesnt work right.

Mostly positive. Easy to use but some of the platforms they integrate with don’t work well. But the basics of hiring and doing payroll are really easy to use and save a lot of time.

Pros

Look and ease of use and the mobile app gives our employees easy access to pay stubs, t time off, timesheet approval and company news.

Cons

Benefit enrollment and reporting features could be improved upon. BSwift is a robust benefit platform but there are always errors in our enrollment each year that we have to correct throughout the year.

We love the platform and the customer service. The ease of use for the administration as well as the employee.

Pros

The ease of having all employees information in one system. Our employees having the ability to manage their time off request.

Cons

The time card updates and the amount of time it takes to save one time update. After each update you are required to save and it just spins, when you have several corrections it is very time consuming.

Overall, we have had a great experience. We had some tricky requests and needs and worked with us to get everything set up the way we needed it.

Pros

I like the relationship with our sales rep and his dedication to making sure we are getting everything we need and are happy with our service.

Cons

The timing on escalated service requests take longer than I would like. It can take up to 2r hours to get a response and sometimes it is more emergent than a 24 hour response.

I don’t like the lack of support we receive, customer service can be asked the same question and multiple different responses and still none can be right.

I like how easy it is to get ahold of customer service. They are friendly and quick to respond when speak to them.

Cons

We wish we had more reporting options. We are wanting a customer report made and was told couldn’t do it and then someone else told us it would cost $3,000.

If you need very basic no frills payroll, this could be a solution. Otherwise, anything at all that needs customization or the least bit complicated, this wouldn't be your best choice.

Pros

Integration with benefits providers & 401k is their strongest attribute.

Cons

Implementation is a nightmare. They seem to be extremely short-staffed. The people are nice but the customer service is AWFUL. Getting answers is difficult and there is never anybody to answer questions or return calls.

### "It's so easy to punch in!"

is like having your own assistant beside you. It manages time shows me where employees punched in and what time. It helps so much keep everything in order and I can see so much all in one place.

Pros

Ease of use, employee management, time Management. It keeps track of each employees PTO as as well as time management so we don't use over time.

Cons

I can't think of any bad things to say about . It's very easy to use and helps to keep track of my hours and so much more.

Overall, has been helpful for managing payroll and HR. It saves time and helps keep things organized. There is a learning curve and support could be better, but once everything is set up it does what we need it to do.

Pros

I like that keeps everything in one place. Payroll, onboarding, documents, and employee info are easy to manage. It makes life easier when you are dealing with multiple employees and need to stay organized. The system is pretty user friendly once you get used to it.

Cons

Customer support can be slow at times, and some things are not as straightforward as they should be. Certain features take extra steps to figure out, and when something goes wrong it can take longer than expected to get it resolved.

Pros

Live chat support!! You don't have to call anyone! I also like the ease of use for both the employee and employer. System is very user friendly and it is easy to find things. Reporting is a very simple function with many pre-loaded reports

Cons

I wish that you were able to upload more documents to the 'Engage' section for employees to access. A dedicated rep on your account would also be helpful, as a just in case it is needed.

Overall, I would recommend , for smaller business. I would just be weary on the hidden fees after 1 year of service.

Pros

is an all-in-one HRIS system which is great - it has an straight forward layout, which is easy to navigate.

Cons

Customer service and support can be slow and also the pricing in the beginning was competitive with other HRIS, but then the fees increased.

Pros

is very user friendly. Our favorite feature is the applicant tracking system. Recruiting and onboarding is simple and makes our process very efficient.

Cons

I wish there was a direct number to reach someone when an issue or question arises. You have to email your inquiry to their customer support; however, they respond fairly quickly.
